The townhouse was immaculate, had fresh cut flowers in all the rooms, and the mattresses were so comfortable. Everything looked brand new and the kitchen was well stocked -- always important when cooking away from home. A great help to have seasonings and the basic items needed to make meals.

Ivan’s place was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 children). Lots of space (3 levels) and it was a very quiet area. It’s extremely clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day trip. Ivan lives right across the courtyard and responded to us immediately if we had questions. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Highly recommend! My family and I were in town for a week visiting family and Famlynest could not have been a better place for us. Everything is so nice and thoughtful, perfect for families. There was plenty of room for us, really comfortable beds, it is safe, nestled into a lovely little community courtyard, plenty of easy good places to walk our dog, a kitchen that has everything you need. I really appreciated nice touches like coffee, some snacks and fruit, toiletries and simple essentials that make it feel like home and you don't have to immediately rush out to the store. Location was perfect for us, close to grocery, not far from great restaurants and shops. And our hosts, Ivan and his family were so kind and attentive, available anytime for anything at all.

My family had an amazing stay at Northside Family Nest. The place was incredibly clean, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was the perfect size for our family. It looked exactly like the pictures, and it was very affordable.

Iván was an amazing host. He was very communicative and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed.

We would highly recommend The Northside Family Nest to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the north side of Chicago. It's especially great for families, and we can't wait to come back again soon!

We visited with our two children and found the place to be very comfortable. The host was readily available for questions and the place was spotless. My boys loved the bunk beds, the toys and the courtyard that they could play in. I loved the soft beds and linens, the in-unit W/D and the walkability. We easily walked to the grocery store, a playground and the bus stop for the bus to the airport and to Lincoln Square. The neighborhood was quiet too. We’d stay there again!

This is a great rental and I recommend it highly. One of the best thing about the rental is that it is precisely as advertised - the pictures are accurate, as is the description.

I would stay here again, particularly if I needed to be close to this part of Chicago (which I was). That said, it is centrally located and you can get from just about anywhere from Familynest.

Finally the hosts are gracious, available, communicative and professional.

It's just a great rental - very comfy - very easy to settle right in. I have no complaints at all. I would absolutely rent again.

Working with Ivan, the owner, was great. From appointment to check out, there were no issues and he was able to accommodate last minute changes we had. The whole place was really clean and well decorated. He was communicative and trustworthy. I'll definitely be working with him again.

It is a great place, safe, comfortable and welcoming.
It is in a nice neighborhood where walking to the metro station alone is a nice walk of about 10-15 minutes.
The house is newly remodeled, everything is spacious, new and of great taste. The owners wonderful people, more than recommended.
