The staff are really nice and accommodating. The hotel is very musky and bad for people with allergies and asthma due to holding moisture. My first room had a live bedbug. I reported it and moved to another room. I feel like I should have gotten money off or a better room but nevertheless, I was given another room without issue and a sincere apology from the host.

Extremely clean and quiet. With an amazing pool but no hot tub. They do have jacuzzi suites available though. Hot breakfast daily except they use powder eggs!!!! Still better than a continental. I love this hotel. My only complaint is they charged me a $200 deposit after I booked through Priceline that DID NOT tell me this was going to happen. Upon arrival a younger gentlemen I forgot his name but I mean early to mid twenties with sandy blonde/ very light brown hair that worked at the front desk was so rude about it. He wouldn’t take a prepaid debit card for the $200 and told me if I don’t figure it out I can’t stay and he won’t refund me either Priceline has to. His reasoning for not being able to take a prepaid card is that “I could take the $200 of really quick and it be gone by morning” for one I’m not gonna damage your rooms it’s not my first stay but it was my first time looking like I do. I am undergoing chemo treatment and I stay at hotel for two days when I get the infusion. I was judged! Because when I finally reluctantly used a bank card he accepted smh… he took the whole 200 of anyways not a hold. So he could have done that with the prepaid card. To add insult to injury the next person behind me walks up gives him her reservation number just like me and no deposit was mentioned. Now, they won’t see me coming to stay there even tho I love it there. I don’t even really care about a deposit because I know I’ll get it back. I just wish I was informed first and the little guy at the front treated me better. He needs a strong course on hospitality training. I will sing my praises to the daytime front desk lady. She was amazing. I would suggest you have a talk to the other young man. Many times in life it’s not what you say but how your say it!!

Rooms were not soundproof; we could hear the television in the room across the hall. On a 2-day stay, we received no housekeeping after the first night (trash was not emptied, towels not changed). The complementary hotel shampoo was already opened at the time our our arrival. Fitness room had 5 pieces of equipment; one was down the entire 2 days and one of 2 TVs in the fitness room did not work.

Clean facility. Bathrms kinda far apart and small but sufficient for attendance of approx 150 or so. Sound system and acoustics good for speaker. Food was very good, adequate amount.

They have a great staff. The rooms are always very clean. The beds are really comfortable. Their breakfast are pretty good too. Great place to stay

This conference hall was easy to get to. It's right off the interstate. The food was fabulous. Was enough parking for everyone who attend. The staff was curious and well train.

Nice enough place. Just attended a DOT presentation. Meeting room seemed adequate. Parking was close to the entry for the meeting room.
