I would like to start by saying that the employees I spoke with that came out to service our pool were awesome. They were professional all the way around.

The Manger/Owners on the other hand are absolutely terrible. It's a money grab for them. Full stop.

I called for a pool service and told them it was an above ground pool everything seemed to be good. The service technicians get out here and come to find out can not work on my pool because of the type it is not having metal walls. They gave me some great information and left.

So the next day I get a 75 dollar service charge. I called to dispute it because No service/ No charge. The miscommunication was not on my part I told them the information they asked for. So anyway the manager decided to give me 10 dollars off. When they easily could have just waived the charge seeing as the only thing they lost was about 30 minutes of labor time and travel. This all could have been avoided if they would have asked one more question after I told them it was an above ground pool.

The management is cash oriented not customer oriented. Keep in mind next time you're looking for a service call.

This is the third time they have opened the pool for us and we have always found them to be very helpful. Jen and Calista went out of their way to be accommodating! I highly recommend Pool and Pond docs for opening and closing your pool or other pool services.
