We had my daughter's 1st baby shower here & it was great! People brought their kids with them & they had a blast, they got to run around outside, play on the outdoor equipment & it was awesome. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a great day, North Casper Clubhouse

Our non - profit group rented this facility for a weekend event. The facilities were fine. There are two restrooms in a building designed to accommodate up to 75 people.
Tables and chairs are provided as part of the rental. Numerous times, we requested an opportunity to see the interior of the facility prior to the event, and were not afforded that opportunity.
We discovered some broken tables during setup and purchased hardware, then repaired the tables (we needed all the tables we had been told would be available).

The rates quoted at time of reservation (months earlier) were not honored; per city policy you sign the contract a week prior to the rental. Approx ten days/two weeks prior to our event we were informed that the rates had more than doubled due to changes made by city council. We were told we were lucky they had honored our reservation and would have to pay the new rates, which we did.

Have my granddaughters baby shower there and it was fantastic plenty of room and bathroom facilities is cleaned and warm thank you for the use of your facility at a good price

This place is good to have functions at. It is away from people just showing up wandering in. The only thing I didn't like is the air conditioning didn't work as well as it should have.
