Can't speak to the hotel, but the Cafe makes one hell of a delicious burger. It may seem pricey, but you get what you pay for in this case.

Went to the cafe. Friendly and good vibe place. Good food, friendly staff and generally everyone looked happy and relaxed.

Service was prompt. Not many options for seating but we found a table quite fast.

Central location on a Main Street with street parking available. Walking distance from the harbour where the cruises dock.

The evening we visited there were 3 people playing live music on guitar and violin and one of them was an elderly gentleman who was playing the guitar with a joyful expression and twinkle in his eyes. God bless him

First time sharing a hotel review, but had to shout out this hotel…I’ve stayed there maybe 5 or 6 times, in various kinds of rooms. The Creek Street ones are quirky and super fun and I love those rooms the most. But this time (June 2023) I got one of the plain tiny rooms above the cafe. I was a little bummed, especially after I saw the complementary earplugs on the nightstand. But let me tell you, bed and pillows were super comfy, I didn’t need earplugs, I did use the box fan in the closet, and I slept 10 hours my first night. Thought it was just being tired, but got 8 hours per night the next two nights. So simple but so comfortable. Low expectations sometimes make for amazing experiences, but also…not only did they replenish the coffee creamers in the room, but also the York Peppermint Patty mints. And of course, the cafe is freaking delicious. Ate my way through almost half the menu. I hear the chef is from Lebanon and he is certainly skilled and creative. Love this place. I’ll be back next year.

We love the Cafe's ever changing weekend brunch menu. We're in Ketchikan every few months (hope to move there soon), and we always stop there for brunch. If the Korean Street Toast is on the menu, don't hesitate, it's amazing. Great staff, great quality, and A+ for creativity of the menu.

The delicious food here is all from scratch, and specials feature what ever is fresh and local. Vegan and vegetarian items are always on the menu. The NY features world cuisine as well as classics such as fish and chips, chowder, and burgers, as well as specials that change weekly. Excellent coffee drinks, nice selection of wine and beers on tap including some Alaska brews. This is one of my go-to places for brunch and dinner. Love the live music on Fridays. Favorites are pork belly sandwich, lamb burger with fig, roasted veggie salad, salmon cakes, kebabs plate, hummus plate.

Would never stay here! A big blonde woman that works there kept running out onto the sidewalk screaming at tourists on the docks and sidewalks. Who does this in a tourist town that depends on their business?!

Great atmosphere and live music on Friday. They have a nice selection of local seafood cooked both simply or made into more gourmet dishes. I've had good service every time I've visited. Recommended.

The food was good and just far enough out of the norm to be fun but not confusing for me. The service was just what i needed. Not in the best mood Molly's cheerful and giddy personality brought me out of the funk i was in. The music played right into the evening to top it off!
PS try the espresso over ice cream...fantastic.
