Had an amazing time at New York Bagels & Bialys! We enjoyed a delicious spread of grilled cheese, tomato soup, coffee, eggs Benedict, a bialy, and corned beef hash. Everything was super tasty and delicious. The only thing I'd suggest is more fun coffee options or pre-made drinks, as the selection was a bit limited. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This place is not all that. The bagels were bland and very small. I ordered the Mexican omelet and it tasted like onions with chorizo and eggs. Almost no cheese in it only on top. The green chilies had no flavor. The home fries were dry.

Bagels weren’t “New York” quality. They are missing flavor and the cream cheese quantity wasn’t a lot. Also the bacon was not great, it tastes like precooked bacon you buy at the store. Service was good but food wasn’t up to par.

These are not New York anything. Had some for the first time days ago. They tasted like they were cooked the day before. The Poppy Seed bagels are entirely covered.with Poppy seeds. My everything bagel, all I tasted was the fennel seed. The bagels are only seasoned on one side, so if you want to slice it in half you have one seasoned side and one plain side. I've never ever seen that and I lived in New York for thirty years. Of the six people that were here(All New Yorkers) nobody liked the bagels. Very dissapointing. We threw out the extra bagels. First and last time I buy from them again.

Wanted a “New York” bagel and lox so came here thinking they might be able to make a decent one. I’ve never been so dissatisfied. I’m not sure if the person making it had never actually seen this dish before or was never properly trained on how to make it. Either way, what I received was almost inedible. I asked for capers, never received them. The onion, cucumber and tomato were cut so thick you couldn’t even eat them on the bagel, and the amount of lox they charge you for was asinine. Not sure if they even toasted it because it’s seemed raw. It came cut into quarters, which I have never seen in my life and made no sense to me. And to make things worse, it cost me almost $20. FOR A BAGEL🤦🏻‍♀️

Huge miss. Ordered for pick up, first and last time. Order was wrong, bagel sandwhiches room temp even though I arrived prior to them being ready. At the counter I was handed a bag, my two sandwhiches inside, no napkins, nothing. I then asked the clerk about my coffee with the combo. He handed me a cup and I found some coffee next to the foundation machine. I opened the valve and received less than quarter of a cup. Went to what seemed like a manager or line worker, he tried to assist with a Krafe, but it was empty. He brewed new coffee 3 minutes later. I was then handed back my cup to grab from the few creams they had, and be on my way with no "thank you, have a great day, etc." As my daughter and I proceeded for the door a waitress coming our way looked at a dirty fork laying in the path we were walking and decided to leave it there. She then waited past us like we didnt exist. Not sure how this place obtained 4 stars thus far. Very disappointed as I live very close. As for the food, by the time we got to the car, 10 mins or so, it was cold. Taste was equivalent or less than the well known bagel shop that does the same. Waste of money and time. Go somewhere else.
