I had an interesting experience at this shop. I had my first appointment there approximately 9 weeks ago. Kayley did a petty and a fill for me. She did a decent job. Three weeks later I went back and she was very rushed. I did not like my nails but did not say anything at the time. I went back for my appointment last Monday. Again she did a petty and a fill. I pointed out to her what I didn't like about the last fill and she proceeded to get very angry. She did the fill (a nice job that time) but refused to make another appointment for me. Note I spend a minimum of $100.00 every time I go in. I've been having this service done for over 50 years and never had a manicurist get offended when you point out a problem. If you want your toes and nails done and wish to be able to express what you like or don't like DO NOT use this shop. Hopefully at some point Kayley understands that customer have preferences

Worst shaping of acrylics, burned me several times. Pedi was horible as well. Told me one price then charged $23 more. Will not return.

I went in spur of the moment and decided to get A pedicure,Justice did an amazing job she made me feel comfortable and we had good conversation, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the girls are very nice, I recommend New Style & Spa. Thank you Justuce!!
