In the process of moving grandma to another facility and this is what we found in her pantry I’m now glad we’re moving her. Apparently they knew she had mice cause they put down sticky traps but didn’t bother to do anything else about it. Beyond disgusted right now.

Edit to add: well, New Perspectives refuses to admit any responsibility for this because “it wasn’t in the open and they don’t do inspections cause it violates resident rights to privacy “ also admittedly a few family members dropped the ball and failed to report the extent of the problem. I still don’t believe this excuses New Perspectives from liability. They knew she had mice and ultimately it’s up to them to make sure their facility is clean and should be doing follow ups and/or inspections. All they had to do was knock on the door ask permission and grandma would have let them look around. Also mice were in her bedroom closet and behind her couch. I did tell them I would take this review down but after some reflection I’ve decided not to. They need to do better. Their residents deserve better.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this senior living community! When my family and I stepped in, we felt right at home. The staff is so kind and attentive; you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. New Perspective is always clean and well-kept; many fun activities keep everyone happy and engaged. The sense of community here is truly special. Knowing my loved one is in such a safe and nurturing environment comforts me. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking an excellent senior living option!

I absolutely LOVE New Perspective! The staff from every department is genuine and kind. Smiles and welcomes all around. The facility is clean and well maintained. The activities and outings are so much fun. The staff is very attentive to needs, wants or anything that may arise. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live in this lovely, pleasant and caring facility. I moved in at the end of November and quickly got to know the residents and staff. They all are wonderful people. So many have become like family and friends.

We are so very happy to have my mom in New Perspective Senior Living. Her transition to NPSL was very easy and largely due to Jennifer's outstanding customer service and deeply caring attitude! From the moment my mom talked to Jennifer and walked around the facility my mom immediately felt at home. From day one Jennifer was a tremendous help in explaining the costs, processes, the ins/outs of the facility, what the facility and care teams have to offer. She made the process very smooth, understanding and was ALWAYS available to take a call or answer an email when I question came up.
