Do not come here! The reviews are false! I don’t know how this place got 4+ stars but I came early and no one was there. I waited 10mins at the front then called and someone rushed in from outside after 3mins. Then my massage started at 3:40pm because they make you pay before they start which I suspect it’s not reasonable.. what if you have a complaint? You get your service for payment not vice versa but I didn’t complain because I was expecting something great! During my session, The masseuse kept running out every 10min to attend to new customers coming in. He left the room 3times to attend to front desk. Then after 30mins, my masseuse was exchanged to a lady and it was terrible afterwards. This is the first massage in my entire life I didn’t get to nap because it wasn’t soothing or relaxing! She rushed the massage and it felt like a kid was just rubbing my body. I was done at 4:27pm. Not even 4:30pm! I paid for 60mins! I started late so my session should end 4:40pm but I didn’t even want to argue or start in that bed because the massage was just not worth it! I will never recommend this place or come back.

Lucy is extremely nice and provided a great massage. I had neck pain and went in for a 30 minute neck and back massage. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. So happy they were able to accommodate me as I called to make an appointment last minute. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new massage spa in Waukegan, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I opted for the 70-minute hot stone massage, and it was absolutely incredible—definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming. Soft lighting, calming music, and a pleasant aroma immediately put me at ease. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and guided me through the process, making sure I felt comfortable right from the start.

The masseuse assigned to me was not only professional but also incredibly kind. She took the time to ask about any areas of concern, and I mentioned the soreness I was experiencing in my feet and back. She listened attentively and tailored the massage to my needs, which made a world of difference.

The hot stone massage was a new experience for me, and I was pleasantly surprised by how soothing it was. The heated stones glided over my back, melting away tension and stress. It felt like the heat penetrated deep into my muscles, relieving tightness and promoting relaxation. I could feel the knots in my back loosening with each stroke, and the relief in my feet was instantaneous.

By the time the session was over, I felt like a completely different person. All my anxiety melted away, and I walked out feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world. It’s amazing how a good massage can work wonders for both the body and mind!

I can’t recommend this spa highly enough. The combination of a professional staff, a tranquil environment, and the expertly executed hot stone massage made for an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future. If you’re in Waukegan and looking for a great place to unwind, do yourself a favor and check out this new gem!

Just had a massage at this place. Massage was okay, except the man was breathing heavy, burped once, and stomach kept gurgling. I still left a 20% tip. Staff was friendly until I handed the tip. Then 3 of their faces dropped and they started complaining about the tip. I think a 20% tip is nothing to complain about. Very rude. I would never return.
