I loved staying here! It’s everything you need and nothing you don’t for a quick stay like we had and is a great value for the area. Super close to LAX and major highways.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and supportive, the toilet with the bidet was a pleasant surprise, the free secured parking was a huge selling point, and the giant bathroom mirror was appreciated. We loved the Japanese breakfast option, such a clean and delicious way to start the day. I left feeling great!

Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and polite. Whenever we’re visiting the LA area we’ll be back.

Great experience in reasonable price! Clean rooms, friendly staff, safe private parking lot and overall comfortable stay. I've been there 2 times in 2024 and I'm planning a visit in 2025 for sure! Do recommend 100%!

This is an authentic Japanese ran hotel. The staffs and guests are mostly Japanese. You can choose American, Japanese style plates, or Japanese curry for breakfast. Parking is free and gated. Hotel is conveniently opposite of IHOP and a big Japanese market. The best part is, staying true to its Japanese style, the restrooms have bidet! Even 4-5 stars hotels do not have that.

We chose this hotel because it had a 9.0 rating at booking.com. But we were very disappointed. The breakfast was terrible and insufficient. There was no buffet; the place where breakfast was served looked more like a café or a storage room, and it smelled awful. It does not look like as shown in the pictures, they serve scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bread, 2 piece of meat and some greeniesz. My kids couldn’t even eat the eggs.
We requested a baby crib, and they told us it is $20 per day. It might be the only hotel which charges extra for the crib. The hotel is extremely old, and the rooms are very small. There was a glass table in the room that wobbled, making it very dangerous. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families with children or for those who appreciate American culture.

Luv the quality of jap service in the hotel. Staff service is top notch. The breakfast is nice with a choice for American or jap..sometimes it has curry too which is nice. The parking come with gate and u feel much safer. The surrounding food and restaurants are delicious within walking distance..going to downtown will take 20 to 30mins. But luv the quiet environment.

Went with this hotel for when I had shows at the Intuit Dome. Although didn't stay in the room a lot it was affordable and not too bad of a drive to the dome. It's a Japanese hotel but mixed with American.

Ceilings are low in the hallways and I'm able to reach it if I put my hand up without tip toeing (I'm 5' 4")

+ Breakfast: Get one "coupon" per person which would be a plate choice of Japanese or American Breakfast. Got the Japanese one each time and it looks a little but was so fulfilling. You can also get miso soup and rice on the side.

Room:
+ comfortable, simple and nice.
+ Bathroom has low sink which made me feel tall. Toilet has bidet but also just like a regular American toilet.
- there wasn't any vents in the bath area
- the fridge seems concerning on a table but was all fine when putting drinks

Overall liked the hotel considering the area and better/cheaper than ones near Intuit Dome. Would stay there again and I did like the shops across the street.

Service from the employees was perfect. They handled every request with perfection. Would recommend this place to everyone. Rooms are quiet, huge, lotza hot water, great japanese breakfast, but most of all great people working here. Rooms need detailed clean up from past remodeled as the rooms and hallways have rust, dent, dinks and slow drains. But still livable. Will definitely use this place again myself, no questions asked.

Everything about our stay was great. My friend and I stayed at a two (very comfortable) double bed room which was very spacious and incredibly clean; we really appreciated that the A/C was already on when we got there and that the general ambiance of the hotel was quiet and tranquil. All the staff was really kind and thoughtful.
There's free monitored parking and free breakfast: I got the Japanese style and my friend the American style. Both were really good and filling. There's also a gym and pool, though we didn't get to use them since we were only there for one night.
Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
