Nice and clean. They only take clients by appointments right now so make sure to call ahead of time. My mom and I did the $30 combo and it was relaxing. They did the foot massage outside and then they took us to a private room for the body massage.

I have been going here for a while and I never had an issue until tonight. I booked 2 $60 90 min massages. I usually tip 10 so I was going to give 20, 10 for each. Cici took me aside and said that a 15 dollar tip is the minimum. Since when is there a minimum. I don’t HAVE to tip. I do it for a job well done. I find it highly disrespectful to tell someone what they will tip instead of being grateful they got a tip in the first place. I will never go into this place again. That’s so rude and tacky. I’m actually still in disbelief. Shame on them.

For everyone saying “I don’t HAVE to tip” who raised y’all? You have someone doing a physically demanding service to help relax you and at least in my case relieve pain. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves 😂.

The shop is very clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. I come here fairly often and am never disappointed in the quality of service I get. 10/10 highly recommend!

The massage in itself is good; however the towels they use are old and smell like rancid water. Also, be mindful of the tip at the end—even though you pay 100 dollars for 120 mins. They expect an extremely high tip. They speak bad about you in mandarin—even before paying. There are better options for massages—avoid if possible. I would rate it lower however the massage was good. The rating comes down to customer service and the rude comments they mentioned in mandarin. I suggested they include the tip in the price to avoid confusion and confrontation. However they were quick to rush me out. Will take my business elsewhere—thank you.

The massage itself was nice and it really helped me relax ; what I didn't like was how they were so unappreciative of the $10 tip I had given to the massage therapist. She mentioned that she worked extra hard for those 70 minutes and if that was all I was going to give. I felt somewhat forced so I gave her another $5. If it wasn't for that bad taste they left me I'd go back.

The store is quite clean, and the reception from the people in front is also very good, but!! The most important thing is that the experience is too poor!!! A masseuse just walked in and started pushing oil. I said do not to push oil, but she still push oil for you!!! And just touch you, not have any strength, and I feel even more tired after finishing. Her hands are all covered in calluses, The skin of the cut person is very painful!!! And when it comes to dry pressing, She doesn't used strength, and she'll press on one side and on the other side ，this and that makes me feel very uncomfortable!! She also said she was the best masseur and blamed me for not understanding how to enjoy . This makes me feel like she doesn't have a massage license ！！！！What I did this time made me feel very unhappy!!! I originally chose to do a 90 minute massage, but now I have stopped within 30 minutes. I am writing this review with real feelings! Don't step on thunder! Avoid that masseuse!

I came in for an hour massage here. As I proceeded to pay with my debit card the gentleman who was helping me asked if I was going to tip him, that way he could charge the tip on my card as well. I told him no, that I was going to tip him in cash. I tipped him 20% he then counted the money in front of me and threw it on the counter (as if he was unsatisfied). After , he made an unnecessary comment with another one of his colleagues.
In conclusion, his face of dissatisfaction and comment makes me not want to come back to their spa.
