I've gone here several times and previously had good experiences. This last time though was NOT good. I had a male nail tech I've never had before and he was WAY too rough on my nails. I got my nails done 2 days ago and my fingers still hurt any time I use them. My nails are pretty, but they don't even reach the edges on my actual nails. Some of them are also crooked. But I've been here before and knew they wouldn't be perfect. My main issue with my latest visit was that they were WAY too rough with my nails. The price isn't as good as it used to be (my particular service increased by $15 in 2 years), and it just is not worth it anymore. I will not be returning.

I am not one to leave a review, but I’m just so saddened by my experience today. This is a reflection on a male tech not the rest of the workers at this salon. I have 3 month old twins and I was given a gift card, really excited to be pampered a bit as I’ve had an exhausting few months/postpartum is difficult. My leg massage which is always my favorite part lasted about 2 minutes total, one for each leg. And while I’m grateful when a tech tries to get ingrowns.. unfortunately it hurt very badly and I was left bleeding. I wiped most of the blood away as I was still bleeding when I got into my car. 🙁 just for reference, one person getting a pedicure who started before me with a different worker was still getting a massage by the time I was walking out. I just really wanted a peaceful hour or so to myself. Now I’m just so sad. I won’t be returning to this nail salon.:(

Went here this past Sunday for my mom’s birthday, and while the place was cute, I wasn’t fully happy with my service. My mom’s tech did a great job for her, but mine kind of lacked attention to detail. Did not do two coats to my black French tip, so you can see straight thru my nails (never had that anywhere else I’ve been). Also didn’t do a lot of cleanup, so I’ve been flaking off bits of the product around my nails since. Overall, I’m happy my mom got what she wanted, but I personally would not go again.

I started going to Nailhaus Nov.2024.. hoping to find a nail salon locally that could professionally service my request. I love chrome nails and each service I received after 3 days I would have to go back for a nail polish correction. That was a waste of my time. Gel nails with chrome should last longer than 3 days. The straw that broke the camels back was my last visit to get the usual fill and Chrome polish it took an entire 2 days before the polish starting peeling again. When I went back for a correction Tina charged me $32... That was not good customer service, they never apologized for the inconvenience. With that said I will never got back to Nailhaus.

I went here with my friend while he was getting some red and black ICP concert nails done. We walked into the salon knowing that the artists inside may not be able to do the exact design he picked out. He was sat down and an older gentleman began to get started on the nails. While he set the acrylic I watched him slap my friends hand, he would ask to see the design and then get mad when my friend went to pull up the design. All in all he was super disrespectful but that wouldn't have been a problem had the nails worked out. He said he could do the design, even took the time to ask my friend if he wanted it exactly that way. To which my friend said he did and the artist got to work. First nail wasn't exactly correct but it was close enough, once he got to my friends second nail he put some random blotches and then asked my friend if it looked right. Which it certainly did not. It was THEN that he explained he wouldn't be able to do the exact design and we'd have to find a different one. Me and my friend (both frustrated by the ordeal) began to look for a new design before being told to "hurry up" and asking if he wanted to do Halloween nails with pumpkins instead. All in all, absolutely bizarre experience. Neither me nor my friend will be going back.

messed up my girlfriends nails, she went back trying to get them fixed and they botched the fixing and still charged her. also said they would give her a five dollar discount and then proceeded to still charge her the full 40 dollars.
