Our team worked hard to ensure your nails were done exactly as you requested, with any additional charges being confirmed beforehand. When there was an issue with payment, we patiently waited for two hours for your friend to assist you.

As for your recent complaint, we wish you had brought up your concerns at the time of your service so that we could have resolved them immediately. We value all of our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. The gratuity given was from your friend, and we have no control over that decision.

Just moved to this area and I walked in to get my nails done and they have so many colors to choose from, the girl who did my nails was amazing, the shape was very natural and she was very detailed.

Update:
After coming for almost a year I noticed that I’ve had services with other nail tech cuz the one I liked was not there, i think she was on maternity leave already; these last couple of times have been declining in service…I’ll just leave it as that and you can see it on the video and you can make your own opinion!

The first time I came here, I wasn't happy when I left. The girl cut my toenails way too short. I decided to go back and try again, all I had to do was communicate better myself what I wanted. I really can't expect them to read my mind. I've been back a bunch since then, and they're great. As long as I communicate, I get what I want. They're a very clean facility. The service providers are very kind, and take great pride in their work. The massage chairs are great too. This is the only place I go for my nails now.

So I am changing my review. I didn’t have the best experience my first time and left a review about it. The owners reached out and said they wanted to fix the experience. The owners were incredibly nice and genuine about their apology and wanted to ensure I had a great experience at their business. I went back and Tracy did my pedicure! She is such a doll and did an amazing job! I am really impressed with their effort to make my experience better. The store manager was also there and he came up after the service to apologize and make sure I was happy with this service. I will come back to see Tracy.

Tee is always amazing at what she does! She knows how to cut my cuticles without cutting my skin. She is great with everything from acrylics to gel to gel X! Thanks Tee for being a great nail technician!

First time at the salon I had ok service even though once I left my nail polish bubbled up. Tried a second time and this is the after results. I could not keep these thick bulky nails on my hands any longer so I proceeded to remove them myself. First by soaking them with remover and then noticing that it’s impossible to soak off because there’s an inch and a half of acrylic piled on my nails. Now my natural nails are ruined underneath after keeping them strong in between manicures. I don’t know if the manager had an off day that day but I expect great quality service if I’m paying for a service.
