I was very displeased with my service. These are the worst nails, tech did not take his time with the artwork and left my nails bumpy and had put gel all over my nails. Nails are uneven and not the same length. Tech filed nails after putting on clear coat. I do not recommend this nail shop.

I am new to the area and I needed to get my nails done. I found Nail Star and it was a fantastic experience! My nails turned out great and the atmosphere was calming. My Nail tech was friendly and did a fantastic job making my nail idea cone to life. I will be back for sure!

Update I broke 2 nails at work. I made an appointment and Steve got them fixed up in no time. They look good as new! Thanks Nail Star!

I got my nails done not even a week ago and one had popped off, but Steve was so kind to fix it today free of charge. He did an amazing job and even tho I was unhappy before I’m very happy now. I recommend Nail Star every time compared to other places in town.

It’s a NO! 2 positives, owner very nice, place clean. I Had an appointment and was not told he was running late or given the opportunity to rebook or come back. No communication. Waited over 1 hour, paid for a 55-60 minute pedicure, got maybe 45 minutes and that was counting the 10 minutes being left with lotion on my legs while he started on another client who didn’t have to wait at all. You don’t jump from one client to another. Nice man , but not the way to run a business. Pedicure fair, service terrible!

I just had the nicest visit at NailStar. I showed Steve my design that I was hoping for and he happily helped me pick out colors to match. He was extremely thorough making sure that the length and shape matched on each finger and didn’t rush. He asked me if I was happy with each step and I’m sure if I would’ve been unhappy with anything he would’ve promptly fixed it but he had actually listened to my requests at the beginning so everything was perfect. I’ve struggled finding somewhere I’d like to return to because everyone seems annoyed about doing designs or something different but he seemed excited about it and was excited with the end result. I will definitely be going back ☺️

First nail salon I’ve been to since moving here from Vegas. The salon was so clean and beautiful. Steve got me right in and did exactly what I wanted after showing him a reference picture. This is def be my new regular spot. He gave the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The hot stones were a nice surprise 🤩
