The staff were very friendly and they have great customer service. I gave them 4 stars and not 5, because my polish is a tad sloppy on a couple of the fingers. Other than that, I think they did a good job of matching what I asked for.

Went in for my first visit on a Friday afternoon. I came in with no appointment. There was no wait and I was taken straight away.
I needed polish removed, nails filed down, fill in, polish and artwork.
Rena was polite, attentive, gentle and talented.

I will be back.

After four days of getting my nails done. One of my nails already started lifting as well as polish chipping. I’ve never had this problem with any other place I usually go to . I just happened to come here since I was in the area and use to go in the past. but never again!!

I really wanted to make this my go-to nail salon but after many visits, I have not had a satisfied experience. Some of the nail techs are detail oriented and make sure you are satisfied while others look bitter as they do your service. There’s also the issue of favoritism in this salon, regulars are addressed and are given extra care from the nail techs. They take a longer time applying, filling, and painting their nails than those who are walk-ins. In no establishment should service quality be diminished based on the times a client visits. The three times that I’ve come in, my nails are left lumpy,crooked, and my natural nails can show from the side of the acrylic nails. I’m very disappointed that all three times were the same and really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The salon is always clean, and I always opt for gel polish. I always go to Harry for my pedicures because he’s skilled at doing acrylic toes and creating the perfect French tip. I’ve been a loyal client for almost two years, and he’s amazing at what he does. He always makes sure I leave happy. Price is not an issue for me because his work is consistently outstanding.

Ive been coming here for years, Felix always does an excellent job on my ombre nails. I highly recommend him. However, today I received bad services. I requested a manicure and regular pedicure. My nails were not a soak off, CiCi picked the nails off with a file, I later noticed CC failed to put a topcoat on my right hand as seen in the picture. The pedicure tech failed to file my nail before applying polish therefore there is a line on both of my big toes from where the previous polish had grown forward. When I noticed the problem, I Asked for a reduction for the cost of the pedicure five dollars for each toe total of $10. I was met with yelling and screaming by the pedicure tech and another girl standing behind the counter. it was embarrassing and humiliating to be yelled and screamed at in front of other customers. I will be contacting the business district in the morning. CiCI attempted to take the polish off of my toes while I was standing.If I’m going to pay $86 for a no chip manicure and regular pedicure, it should be done right the first time, I should not have to inconvenience myself to come back another day wait in line, for them to fix the problems. I advised her I did not have time to have my toes redone. I paid for the services to notice I was charged a three dollar credit card fee when I paid cash. I’m extremely disappointed with the services I received today, In the future, no matter how good of service I’ve received in the past, I will be watching every little thing they do, And not trust them to do a good job.
UPDATE: management responded to this review, they stated that I should come back and they would correct the problem. I have since attempted to come back so they could make things right, the owner CC by the way denied being the owner. Stated that she had no interest in making the situation, right or correcting her error. To anyone who’s interested in visiting the salon here is your warning. If they service you and do a sloppy job, they will insist that you pay and come again another day to correct the issue. They if you attempt to come back another day to correct the issue, they will send you away. this is my experience with this salon.

The only reason I’m giving 3stars is because my pedicure person was phenomenal!!! I was a walk and didn’t wait long for my pedicure to start and had a great experience. When it came to my no chip manicures it was a different experience. I believe the tech was new and took too long to do a no chip. I had to show him on what order and tools to use for the basic manicure!!! I wanted to keep some length with my nails square but a B little round on the corners but not sharp. The polish I chose was light and required additional coats which I had to ask for after showing the tech the lines were the polish was light!
