This was the first nail salon I became a regular at, coming every month then 2 weeks for acrylics, fills and gel pedicures. I previously would have given 5 stars however this last experience and pricing is going to have me looking for a new spot. I was charged $115 (not including tip which I always do)$40 which was to remove acrylics, get a painful massage "manicure", did not file them or do cuticles(see photo), I had to do them myself the next day they were so bad. Steven is amazing at acrylics, very detail oriented and Lily, Mindy (doesnt work there anymore) Jocelyn, and a couple other girls were always great. Bella did my manicure this time, ouch. The manager seems preferential to certain customers (I'm mixed race Asian so, not so much customer service) and dismisses or ignores when you are unhappy with the results/price/quote change. I've spent over $100 here more than several times so it's too bad, they won't offer a simple refund for a bad experience to keep a returning client. 🙃 Compared to previous work (also shown) highly 😞 disappointed.

Lynn did an amazing job on my nails. I was skeptical based off of the reviews, but I’m glad I went. I found my new nail tech and salon. The only downfall is they charge $25 to make an appointment (yes the fee goes towards your service). I understand why they do this but if you’re using your credit card there is a 3% fee, and then once you pay after your service there’s another 3% fee. Hence the reason for 4 stars vice 5. Received hard gel over my nails.

The spot is clean, it looks a like the have a drink station, (they didn’t offer me anything, not sure if you have to pay extra), and the place is very nice, the staff seems friendly.

However, my problem is the my nail tech was trying to rush through my manicure. I asked for a simple manicure with polish. The sides of my nails were not done, the polish didn’t start at the cuticle, not even close on some fingers. I did ask her to go back and fix the sides (I’m one of those ppl who NEVER asks to get my nails fixed but it was just that bad) and also bring the polish closer to the cuticle bc my nails grow really fast and I didn’t want them to look overgrown in just a day or 2. She did what I asked and was friendly about it. It wasn’t until after I left that I noticed my other hand was also not polished precisely. It’s just a bummer bc I wanted to treat myself and I literally could have done a better job at home.

This might be my new favorite nail spot! It's very pricey, but you're paying for the experience.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Total ended up being $124. Wow, ouch. I know! Story time - the 'Camila pastel candy' nail polish (I posted a picture of it) caught my eye when I walked in.

So of course, me being me, always extra, doing the most , I wanted the pink bottom right color for Valentine's Day.

Before they painted my nails, they said it would cost $10 extra. So I ended up going with it because it's so cute!! Would I get it again? Probably not. I always like to change it up.

Anyways, hanna did my pedicure. I opted for the $49 pedicure experience because treat yoself, am I right ladies?

Her massage was great and I loved the products she put on my legs and feet! It had a heavenly eucalyptus smell and my skin was soo soft after.

Lynn did my manicure. I normally do acrylic long nails, but I'm a mom now. I opted for short gel nails and it turned out super natural and cute.

Vibes - 10 out of 10. It was quiet and quaint. The wine was good. And all the employees were super friendly. The smells in there alone made it feel like a spa.

I'll probably be back 🙂

I always get the five star treatment every time I go to the Nail Palace. This was the first time I brought my son along with me since it’s summertime and they gave him the five star treatment as well. I made sure he was comfortable and offered him snacks. Not only is it the best Mani Pedi I’ve ever had with the largest selection of colors, but they are also the front list. Highly recommend the nail Palace!

I like to go with my wife and they do her services perfect. I always feel underserved and rushed during my pedicures. This is the second time I felt like my nail stylist did not want to touch my feet nor was I offered any other services. I had a male technician and he didn’t seem happy dealing with another man. Drove all the way from El Cajon feel tolerated

EDIT: I definitely returned for an acrylic removal and manicure, my nail beds are damaged, I was burned multiple times, and just look at my newest photos for yourself. My hands were left in the solution for too long, and my skin suffered too. They assumed I wasn't going to leave a tip. The first time I spent almost 200. The second time, about 40. Possibly classist. Very disappointing.
