The young lady who did my nails today made my time there feel very rushed. I picked my color and then it was brought to my attention later they didn’t have the color I picked so I picked 3 other colors before I got to a color they had. To my understanding from the lady the issue with all the other colors I picked was the blue didn’t match the polish and it was marked wrong and the guy at the counter said they just didn’t them when I complained. I had asked the lady a few times to also adjust the shape of my nail. When I went up to pay I asked to speak to a manger and was told she was not there and I spoke with her husband. He proceeded to tell me my nails were perfect and nothing was wrong with them. I proceeded to also explain the issues I had. I was of course upset with the color issue, which he was making it out to be a “getting the product” is why we don’t have it and my issue was why are you showing it to your guest if you don’t have it correct and updated with your products you have in store. I complained about the shape which again he proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong with. I did include pictures and it’s much worse in person. My nails have a wonderful angle to them, even tho I asked for square….. what is not pictured and was another issue was the thickness of the nails. My nails have ridges and mountains in them, when I thought it was supposed to be a smooth surface. Which a select few are, so I know that correct application is possible. The husband was adamant are telling me my nails were fine and there was nothing wrong with them. When I paid, I left and a tip and he told me I don’t have to tip. The cost and the tip I left for the lady was never the issue. I came in for a service and I left greatly disappointed. I tried giving her an opportunity to fix it as well as the husband when paying.

Read a lot of reviews before choosing this salon. Sam the owner does read these and thats why I choose this place. Im from out
Of town and wanted to treat myself with a pedicure and new set of nails. Both people who worked on me were very gentle and was detailed in thier work. The gentleman that did my new set was nice about hearing me when i requested that a couple of my nails were to thick for my liking and he gently thinned them down. Thank you for such great service. The price is very fair also. Very clean place with great(imo) music!

5 stars for you Cindy!! I came here to get a gel set and a pedicure and Cindy did such a wonderful job. I'm getting married saturday and she really took care of me. The pedicure was great and relaxing and when I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted, she did exactly that! I will be back. Highly recommend!

I am always happy with my services from Nail Model, and always get compliments on my nails. Joseph is fantastic, but so are all of the other techs that have taken care of me and my mom! Sam and his team always make sure to take the best care of their clients!

The man who did my nails was SO nice. He talked with me, made jokes, and did exactly what i asked for. Everyone was super nice overall 🙂 (Picture on the left is what i asked for and on the right is what i got)

My nails look amazing! They can get a little busy however, it's well worth the wait. I like an understated elegant nail shape and color,they never disappoint.

I went to get SNS on yesterday and when I sat down, Cindy looked at my nails and told me I didn’t have SNS. I know what’s on my nails!! I proceeded in concern bc how doesn’t she know the difference between SNS and acrylic. I then asked her which is she better between the two. She said she can do both. Ok great, so I go with SNS again. So I soak off the old and then she starts telling me how SNS is so bad on the nails. Ok, I then felt like she wasn’t comfortable with SNS so I let her do acrylic. I tell her I want my nails to look natural but not Too thin! What does she do? Make them too thin. I decided to give her a chance and continue but noticed my shape and polish looked horrible. I told her and all she said was they looked natural. I then asked for a manager, and someone came over and justified the mediocre nails. I sit there and tell her how I don’t like my nails and Cindy replies, “ I’ve never done someone that looks like you.” That’s when I lost it! If she was not comfortable doing a black woman’s nails then she shouldn’t have. What a racist! She’s not even good enough to make a statement like that. She’s mediocre at best. Laughable. My 11 year could have done better. And before the owner gets on here justifying mediocre work, I’m not the one. I’ve looked at the pics on reviews. This is not the place for me. They need to practice if they think this is quality work. It’s not. The entire experience was a HORRIBLE. I’m embarrassed to even show my nails. Now I have to pay more money to get them fixed. Accept the criticism and practice. It never hurts a thing to get better at your craft.

Zero complaints! Pricey but I got tips, air brushed color fade and the new glimmer power stuff on top. I had Adam and he did amazing! I showed him what I wanted on Pinterest, and he made it happen! I was quickly seated upon arrival and in & out in under an hour. I'll definitely be back and recommend!
