Super clean! The sauna is HOT and over 200 degrees! The cold plunges have flowing water which makes them even colder. Will definitely go back.

Headed here for the first time after a trail run, and really enjoyed my experience! I did the contrast therapy of sauna and cold plunge, followed by the red light therapy. The staff was very friendly, and wonderful about showing me around the space and sharing their knowledge of the therapies. I really appreciated the private rooms and the ease of moving between them for contrast therapy. I look forward to going back!

As a mom, it’s hard enough getting time to take care of yourself but My Recovery Spa has been the best investment I’ve made for myself! The benefits of sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy paired with a vibration plate speak for themselves. Scheduling my treatments is seamless! Checking in is seamless. And an added bonus is showers available to use after your treatment. The facility is VERY clean! Management is very attentive and professional to each member to ensure you get the best experience! It’s worth it!

Incredible experience, really nice facility (clean and private setting) and recovery options! I am 45yrs old, lift a lot of weights at the gym. The sauna to cold plunge my “contrast therapy” was just what I needed after a 90min, 950 calorie workout. I felt energized and fully recovered from my workout much faster!!
I live in Chicago and came across this place visiting family, this is a better option and better pricing than I can find anywhere in Chicago. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did !!!

I could not be more happy to have a recovery spa like this open in the Peoria area! The facility is so clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite thing to do is Contrast Therapy by hopping between the Sauna & the custom built Cold Plunges. I'm new to Red Light Therapy, but I'm loving the results I'm getting so far. I'm also very excited for the gym space to open soon for members. It's great to have everything under one roof. I will be here often for sure!
