The customer service we experienced was rude, we booked our rooms 6 months in advance paid online however at check in they did not have the size rooms we booked available. After hours we finally took a smaller room, which we were then charged additionally for. At this time we paid for 3 rooms however only had 2 rooms one which was not appropriate size for our group. We were not placed together, the customer service was asked many time for management who is apparently ONLY available on wednesdays. The gentlemen that was there most of the time we were there was rude, had a very verbal arugument cusing and screaming at someone over the phone while my family was in the lobby. The day after we left, we realized some items were accidently left, this facility Will NOT contact you if items are accidentally left in the room. We were informed IF anything was found they will automatic throw it away, they have no obligation to the customer to contact them. For its normal for people to leave things. We left a box woth over $100 worth of items they are stating they just threw away. I am sure someone took it and didnt report it. The facility is directly next to the train tracts, which added some noise. There is NO stove in the full kitchen, coffee pot and toaster only items available for the kitchen. Our air conditioner sounded like a jack hammer 2 nights we were there

This is one of the best hotel experiences Iโ€™ve ever had. The rooms are spotless and cozy. They are very pet friendly and even welcomed my dog with a treat! Brian was at the front desk and he was so welcoming, informative and kind. I truly canโ€™t believe how high the quality is for such an affordable price.

Positive: The room looked nice and the staff were good, especially the manager I spoke with the morning of departure. Negative: Yes. The bed. I itched all night long and woke up with hair all over his shirt. Looked like cat hair. It literally COVERED me. Disgusting. Paying over a $100 for an unclean bed is unacceptable. I mean, an unclean bed is NEVER acceptable.

Would never recommend this hotel. The elevator was broken all week & was exhausting having to trudge up the stairs carrying heavy items after very long days. The room was also supposed to be cleaned on day 4 and was cleaned on day 6, only after 2 nights of calling regarding the issue. Very disappointing stay.

Environmental noise was loud. Trains, planes, helicopters, and something that sounds like a generator running idle l never could find.

Bring earplugs to sleep.
The rest of the stay was pleasant.

A most FANTASTIC hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious room and excellent staff. Loved the full size refer. Even had staff vacuuming the laundry room. Front desk made us decaf coffee. Good dog walk areas, but avoid the rear bc thereโ€™s a steep drop off down a hill. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. The whole place was clean. Our room was clean, did not have smells, comfortable bed. There was no noise in the hotel at night. Front desk staff kind and helpful! You do need to provide your own cookware. The refrigerator is a large mini with a decent freezer space.

From the top to the top, I left out bottom because there is no bottom here at this motel. I was welcomed an accommodated to the highest standards. My Titanium membership at Marriot doesn't receive the excellent care an comfort I received here at My Place hotel. I would like to take my hat off to Josh the evening attendant who went out of his way to make sure I felt welcomed and was not treated like other places might have treated me in the situation I was in. There should be more people like him working everywhere. I will use statement that was used by the director of Veteran Affairs when describing my care for patients. Josh has a quality and professionalism that can't be taught, it's instilled in him from t day he was born so to learn from him would be the apprenticeship program you could put money into. Thank you to all the staff. JG
