I absolutely love my nails, they did a fantastic job and almost had them exactly like the pictures. Molly was great and listened when I asked her if she could make some changes to the design. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are very pricey.

Every time I go they do amazing work. The valentines nails were done by someone different. So don’t be afraid to give them trust!! These were all 45-50 and so worth it.

I came in sometime last week and have been coming to MV since I moved here in 2019. I have never had any bad problems with them until my last visit. I was met by one artist who was extremely sweet, and after I picked my color, Karol
came up to give me a seat at her desk. She was very sweet and even joked with my friend that came with me to keep the experience enjoyable for the both of us. Karol’s appointment arrived so i moved to another artist, Annie. I’ve been to Annie before and she has not ONCE been nice or respectful. Every appointment I have with her is ALWAYS interrupted by her phone. Every single appointment!!! Immediately off the bat, she had a raunchy attitude. I walked to her station as the other artist directed me to do, and I smiled at her as I was putting my stuff down. I dropped a ring on the ground and I reached to pick it up. As I came back up, I looked at her and she was giving me a dirty look. She asked me what color I wanted, and I told her exactly the color number AND the name, and she told me to “just show her.” I also work in the service industry, so I totally understand that she may have been having a bad day, so I got the bucket and showed her the color. Everything is fine, she’s able to do my design, got the color, etc. She asks how long I want the nail, and where she pointed was a little too short, so I asked her to do it just a little bit longer. This girl yanked her hands off mine, slumped in her chair, rolled her eyes, and said “just SHOW ME!” I decided to stop talking for the rest of the appointment to let her cool down. I was not and have never been rude or disrespectful to her or any other artist there. There was absolutely no need for Annie to put her attitude and bad day onto me. She also charged me extra for something i’ve never been charged for, but I’m not willing to argue with a lady that’s holding a drill. Do better Annie!

I came in and was in a bit of a rush, Amy took care of me she done an amazing job on my nails I wanted 90's French tip she done was i wished. This is the place to go to get your nails and feet done in the area. Price was better than any I went to I will make this my nail place while iam here.

These people really are unprofessional. They take in too many customers at one time. The young girl who did my nails had a bad additude. The fact that they speak in a foreign language and nodding their heads towards me it was evident they were not saying nothing nice. Jack the male nail person was rude as heck. They did a okay job to my nails but their customer service suck. I suggest the customers check their banks. They gave their selves a 35 dollar tip and my nails was 30. The place is small and don't bother to make and appointment. They take all that walk in.
