Came for a holiday family trip and couldn't have been more delighted with our stay. Two families and a grandparent. One stayed in the hotel and others were in the cabins. Both accommodations were terrific! Clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Meals at Beyond Bread and Cookie Cabin were delicious and reasonably priced. Everywhere, especially the hotel lobby, was festively decorated and put us all in the holiday spirit. A pleasant surprise during our stay was that it was the hotel's scheduled visit by Santa and Mrs. Claus. The lobby even had complimentary cookies and hot cocoa for the event! My young grandchildren were absolutely thrilled! The staff couldn't have been kinder and made us all feel very welcomed. We even tried out the board games and foosball table available in the dining room and on the patio while waiting for our food order. Our two-night stay was wonderful and we're talking about making this trip an annual holiday tradition, as well as returning during the summer. Highly recommend this place! Definitely worth the trip up the mountain for a pleasant, relaxing stay!

This place is beautiful and cozy - rustic but with all the modern conveniences like an elevator so you don't have carry your luggage up flights of stairs. The room is spacious, the HVAC ( a failing of many lodges ) works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable. We rarely spend time in the lobby area of hotels but we did here as it is very inviting with a fireplace and a great selection of reading material. The underground garage is convenient, secure, and even has 2 EV chargers. It is small but there is also outside parking for those with massive modern trucks and SUVs. We were there for the inaugural Thanksgiving dinner and it was impeccable with the fireplace, white tablecloths, and flowers on the table. The food was fantastic - a truly memorable time.

Sorry but I can’t give this place a good review. I feel like a second class citizen. Went to the Lodge for lunch and to check out booking a room, lunch was good but I wanted to wash my hands before eating as there are two restrooms adjoining The sandwich shop and the hotel, I was told I needed to go done to the community center to use the facilities. Can you believe it? 1/4 mile away to wash my hands! I will never recommend or stay at this place! Unbelievable and unfortunately I won’t go to the Tucson locations for the restaurant also.
Update, well that’s interesting as I asked the girl behind the counter after we ordered sandwiches and was told this. Interesting!

Mount Lemmon Lodge is a perfect mountain retreat! The views from the third floor are simply unbelievable, offering a stunning vantage point to take in the surrounding scenery. Whether you're people-watching or enjoying the breathtaking sight of storms rolling in, the experience is serene and captivating. The lodge itself is cozy and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. A truly unique and unforgettable getaway in the heart of Mount Lemmon!

Made sure to get there before the restaurants closed at 5 BUT the whole mountain had lost power before we checked in. I asked what would happen if it wasn’t restored before it got dark and was given a shrug and a sorry, no flashlights. Then when power was restored at 430, none of the local restaurants or stores including the one in the lodge, reopened. I asked if they had any food for purchase or what they could do and was again given a shrug and a sorry. The whole family only had what snacks we brought for the drive for dinner that night. They could have opened the gift shop and allowed us to purchase prepackaged food or at least offered to sell whatever premade food was available from the hotel restaurant. The room was ok but the bed and sofa bed were hard. Can’t imagine how much worse it would have been without power or flashlights. Couldn’t wait to leave first thing in the morning. Wished they were better prepared for that kind of situation or offered us a discount or refund. We regretted not leaving immediately but honestly didn’t think they’d let all the guests staying there just have nothing to eat from 330 in the afternoon until the next morning.

This was our first trip to Mt. Lemmon. The weather was actually 30 degrees cooler than in Tucson. The drive up had awesome views around every corner!
We stayed 2 nights at the Mt. Lemmon Lodge and it was amazing! We booked the handicapped (ADA) room and one other "regular" room. Since they have a limited number of rooms, they only have one wheelchair accessible room. This room had one king bed, and a foldout loveseat bed. The bathroom had lots of room to move around. The room is located on the third floor and it has a great view of pine trees and the hillside across the street ?.
The hotel has an amazing staff, from the front desk, the small cafe Beyond Bread, gift shop and house keepers. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The Beyond Bread cafe had a small, but very delicious and healthy menu. The fresh pastries were mouth watering ?!
Spent way too much money in their gift shop ?. Besides the usual T-shirts, hats, and sweatshirts, they have a LOT of unique gifts at reasonable prices ?.
The two drawbacks (suggestions for the future) that I saw were parking and handicap access into the building from the parking garage.
The parking is covered (under the hotel 1st floor), and it is very tight. It's ideal for smaller cars, but not for trucks or larger SUV's. They only have one handicapped parking space here. It's tight and not meant for "Van Accessible" parking. They DO have an additional 4 parking spaces across the street, but you have to cross the road and go UP the entrance road into the covered parking on foot. Best to unload before you park.
The second suggestion is to add a push button on the entrance door into the building for wheelchair users.
Overall, a great stay here. Sorry for the long review, but hope it's helpful. Enjoy...

This is one of the most pleasant places we’ve ever stayed! It was 106 degrees when we left Phoenix area and it was 74 when we arrived. Sat outside on our room patio then went down to the common-area and sat outside, had a couple of great sandwiches from the cafe. Fantastic view of the mountain. Hotel itself is beautiful. Highly recommend!

We didn't stay in one of their lovely rooms, THIS TIME. We, instead, had a late lunch & listened to music on their beautiful front porch/balcony. The manager desperately needs to address the yellow jacket issue on the deck. Some people tried to eat out there but had to leave. We had a very hard time trying to eat and not get stung from trying to shoo away the yellow jackets. It was really bad, and I hope the management reads this. Other than that, it is such a lovely place to stay/visit/eat.
