Elegant, affordable, and welcoming. My husband and I were very particular with our wedding venue choice and we could not be happier. As wedding photographers and videographers ourselves, we could not recommend a better option to any couples looking. Not only is the venue itself beautiful and peaceful, but hiring the manager Amanda to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we could have made.

When we were on the hunt for a venue, our priority was to find a safe space for our wedding party, friends, and family belonging to the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. We did not want any person feeling unsafe or singled out on our wedding day. Having this confirmed and reassured that the venue and Amanda were inclusive made everyone’s experience phenomenal.

In addition to this, it was difficult finding a place that wasn’t rustic or a barn. Many of the locations that aren’t barns also didn’t fit our vibe or they were unaffordable. For this venue, you get the best of both worlds: an elegant location that also feels like home, all while being affordable with excellent payment plans available.

We received so many compliments on this location from so many different people. Whether it was the elderly family members or young friends, everyone was so impressed with the space and amazed by the ballroom for the reception. The layout of the space made it so easy for a seamless day. Amanda provided insight and assistance for everything we needed and our vendors loved her.

Our wedding gallery could not be more perfect, because of this space and her hard work. This is now the top venue that we recommend to our couples! We are excited to continue to come back to capture more love stories at Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom and maintain a connection with Amanda for future couples.

It was absolutely perfect! I rented this place for my daughter’s wedding and when I say it could NOT have been more perfect and peaceful and lovely! The views, the help from day 1 to the wedding and after, the clarity of the contract, the fact they are delighted you are having your wedding w them! They have supplies you can “borrow” also! Not rent! Last minute things and all. 10/10 recommend! PS We took a million pics, this is just a few!

We had the most amazing wedding at Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom. The staff were amazing, organizing details was easy, execution was seamless. There was clear communication consistently. The venue space is absolutely beautiful. Our guests continue to rave about how wonderful the coordinator, Amanda, was and continue to rave about how beautiful the event space is. I cannot say enough nice things about this venue! My wedding day was perfect.

I had my wedding at Mountain View G&B in April 2024 and it was everything I could have ever hoped for in a venue! Beautiful and well maintained grounds, access to everything you could ever need and plenty of space for getting ready and moving about without crossing paths with my groom too soon! The bridal suite was perfect and so elegant.

Amanda is an absolute gem and EXCEPTIONALLY organized and on top of things. She was always available for any last minute questions, helped me think of ideas as needed, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. All of my guests absolutely loved this venue, my pictures were beautiful, and it went off seamlessly. If I were going to do it again, I’d pick this venue every time. Best day of my life and a place that will always be special to me.

Married April 2024! It was the best experience ever. Amanda was so quick and I felt like I could trust her with everything. The venue was so clean and well maintained. It truly was the most wonderful day ever. The pictures don’t do it justice.

My daughter just had her wedding here this past weekend, May 25, 2024. She booked the venue over a year in advance. From the beginning, Amanda was AMAZING! She was very patient and was always able to answer our hundreds of questions. We booked the day of the event and the entire day before. Both days, everyone we came in contact with were 100% professional! We hired a clean up staff for the wedding and that was definitely money well spent! The venue was absolutely stunning! The bridal party was 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen. There was enough room for everyone to comfortably get ready, relax before the event, and keep their belongings away from the wedding guests. I also LOVED that we were the only event. If you are looking for a venue for any reason, this place is definitely worth a look. You will not be disappointed. We will be using this venue again! We could not have asked for a more beautiful venue. Everything about it was perfect. Amanda was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond (truly) for us, and we absolutely would not have had the amazing wedding experience we did without her. Oh what to say?!? This place and working with Amanda are the best! We have four daughters and two of them have used Mountain View for a reception and one for a wedding and reception. The place is beautiful and has different spaces to spread out and use for the ceremony.

Amanda is a delight and so very easy to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge and I told her a few times, “I will allow you to decide that and I trust you.” (We were dealing with the possibility of rain and the placement of tables outside.)

The bridal party loved the massive room and mirrors to get ready in. The room is huge and oh so pretty!

And how can I not mention the price? As we looked at other places, it was obviously clear that Mountain View had the most affordable pricing while also including tables and chairs!

You can’t go wrong with Mountain View Gardens and Ballroom!!
