I have been receiving prenatal massages from both Patty and Gina at Mountain Medicine, and I can’t recommend them enough! Patty is incredible with pressure points and deep shoulder blade work—she knows exactly how to release tension in all the right spots. Gina, on the other hand, leaves you feeling like you’re floating in another dimension—you literally have to sit in your car for a few minutes just to collect yourself before driving!

Both therapists are skilled in deep tissue work, ensuring you leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. They truly listen to your needs and tailor each session to address any discomfort. I found myself alternating appointments between them because they each have a unique style, yet both are equally amazing.

The front desk staff is also wonderful—always friendly and helpful, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for exceptional bodywork, Mountain Medicine is the place to go!

During our visit in Flagstaff, we got massage. Matthew and Maude both are awesome, great masseuse kind patience with soft and firm hands as needed for all of us.

I can't say enough great things about Mountain Medicine! The office is super friendly, their prices are affordable and their providers are absolutely excellent. I have had chiropractic work done here and two massages. Hands down, they were the two best massages I've had and I've been to quite a few different Flagstaff massage locations. If you're looking for more than just a standard, run of the mill massage, I recommend Mountain Medicine. Great people and great work!

A fantastic experience everytime. The office staff is friendly, considerate and very welcoming. Been a chiropractic client for more than 6 months and I could not be happier. Dr Garrett is a phenomenal practitioner, he is very caring, attentive and an all around great guy. My back feels amazing after every treatment!
