The woman who checked us in was so kind and friendly and I really appreciated her hospitality. As far as customer service goes 5⭐️ I also appreciate that there was no pet fee.

We got directions to the room and moved our car to the back of the building and went to come into the back door like we were advised and the door was propped open with a cinder block, so anyone could come inside, which would’ve been unnerving to me had my husband not been with me.

Now we get into the room. The room itself was large and spacious, but it looked like the room we had had been thrown together at the last minute. We got a one queen room, and you could see where the second bed had been pulled out, the molding on the ground where the bed had been had been ripped out as well. The table and chairs in the room were all covered in stains. The chairs had hard white stains (I can only imagine) and the other chair had a reddish/brown stain (feces? Blood?) either way, neither of those chairs should’ve still been in use. We didn’t sit on them and it made me hesitant to even stay there if something that obvious had been overlooked. The curtains didn’t block the light out like they claimed and I was woken up by the sunlight on numerous occasions, finally just getting out of bed at 6:30 (I am not a morning person).

I live in an apartment, so I’m no stranger to noise from upstairs neighbors, but the amount of noise the people above me made all throughout the night was ridiculous. Stomping and lots of noise.

I’d say for the price, you could definitely bump your budget up $20-$30 and have a good nights sleep.

Overall, if your expectations are low and you just need a bed for a night, I’d recommend here but if you’re wanting something comfortable, relatively quiet, safe and affordable I’d say look elsewhere.

The good:
Front desk staff were always amazing! Anytime I had a question or concern they made me feel heard and understood and quickly resolved my issue.

During our visit to Williams, we got snowed in, since roads closed. We ended up staying a week at this hotel, I appreciate the excellent value for an unexpected stay. Plus our dog could stay for no extra cost, wonderful!

The bad:
Light sleepers be wary! Bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones. When one dog in the hotel starts barking they ALL do! The walls are pretty thin too, so you can also hear conversations, TVs and other bodily noises in the rooms around you. I stayed on the main floor and my upstairs neighbors sounded like they were having a stomping competition and would come through the ceiling at any moment! 😱

Noteworthy interaction:
I was told upon check in that checkout was at 11am, I had the cleaning service knocking at my door at 10am telling me to "check out". I told her "Yes, thank you for the reminder, I will be leaving very soon", as I was actively packing my belongings. She looked at me very confused, then said, "no English" . So there was a language barrier and she couldn't understand what I was saying. She looked around, then left to knock on another room.

Cheap. Basic clean quiet functional rooms.
But be aware that the rooms do not have a fridge nor a microwave, and that their wifi is UTTERLY HOPELESS. It simply doesn't work at all most of the time & even when it does it keeps dropping out. Staff admit yes it's terrible but despite them telling the company over and over again, nothing has been done to fix it.
If you need wifi, don't book this motel.

This is definitely one of the best motel 6 experiences I have ever had! (I travel a lot)
The staff is fabulous and the rooms are spacious and very clean.
Bring your fur buddies and enjoy a great casual and secure stay, as I did in the majestic William's Motel 6 west!!!

! DO NOT STAY HERE !
Please read, these people do not care about your safety, let alone the experience.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a night, 2/21-2/22 in room 120, ended up booking here since it has 24 hr check-in and I was arriving late at night. Was told check out is @ 11am, as most places are.

First, as I enter the room I notice the top privacy latch on the door is completely ripped out. Just the normal lock is there which is a little odd.
I look out the window and see the pane/ glass of the window is displaced from the metal frame, looked easy to push in from the outside, which didn’t make me feel great either.

In the morning, I noticed there was black mold in the shower, which is bad for anyone but I have a particularly bad sensitivity to it so I wasn’t too pleased. Should be noted the rags and towels provided were stained and dirty as well.

So I’m getting ready for my day, around 10:20 am. While I was getting dressed, I was walked directly in on by housekeeping. TMI, yes, while I was changing. There was no knock, me or my boyfriend would’ve heard it since the hotel was dead silent and we were close to the door.

Very shortly after, I gather my things and as I’m checking out I ask the front desk concierge, Felicia or Alicia, “check out is at 11am, right?” . Before I can tell her what happened I’m met with her snapping at me very rudely and saying something along the lines of “we start at 10am, they knocked several times so it’s your fault” and I was taken aback, said what happened and how there was no knock, she said very aggressively no, they did knock and then fully cut me off and started helping another customer.

So, place isn’t super upkept, I get walked in on, in my locked room, was not once made aware I’d be disturbed before 11am. Especially considering I got in at 2am and was directly told check out is 11am. Just to be told differently, AFTER my privacy was invaded. Wouldn’t have gotten walked in on either if there was a proper privacy latch or even a do not disturb sign.
Better yet, if check out is at 11am, no one should even been “knocking” on that door until 11am. Oh wait, but no one knocked at all!
Let me make it very clear I got not a single apology from housekeeping walking in or the from front desk concierge Alicia at all, instead I got yelled at by miss Alicia (name could be Felicia) .

I’m genuinely baffled at the incompetence at hand here and how preventable this was in the first place. I’m also baffled at how I reached out to corporate twice and got no response from email, called and still got no follow up or resolution at all, so this behavior is seemingly condoned by motel 6.

Besides the unkemptness, blatant disrespect and horrible customer service, it just does not seem like a safe place to stay, especially if you’re a solo-traveling woman. You never know what peoples intentions are especially with weird situations like this. Please be weary, they don’t care about your experience or your safety.

Pictures of this place are a lie. No pool, no hot tub. Just stained blankets on the bed and bad coffee. The front desk when there was helpful and nice. It's one of the cheapest hotels there, however.

Motel 6 in Arizona Tucson. I like the motel. I like where it is located close to my favorite restaurant! The waffle House, located 3 miles walking distance. I was glad to book that motel. That was nice. And also I was feeling safe! They had security guard at night..

Yeah, ok, it’s Motel 6, you get what you pay for, which is what I expect: a place to sleep, sh*t, shower and shave, no fridge, no microwave, cheap prices, cheap clientele, but this has got to be the noisiest motel I’ve ever stayed in, 6 or not. There’s one long hallway on the second floor and the nights that I stayed there were some really, really loud guests, American and European, who think nothing of speaking at the top of their lungs at 4 in the morning. Even in the lobby you can hear people talking, the acoustics are that well, bad. Unbelievable. One night, there was a loud, buzzing sound coming from the next room with the wall slightly vibrating for about 40 minutes.I knocked on the room next to me, told the woman who wouldn’t open the door the reason for my knocking, asking if she had a fan or machine running, she said oh yeah, the bathroom fan. I asked her to turn it off since it was loud and making the wall vibrate. She was gracious enough to do so but after 40 minutes? Anyway, it’s an hour south of the Grand Canyon if that’s any help. The only redeeming feature is that Grand Canyon Brewery is less than a minute away.
