Pet Friendly- absolutely NOT! After traveling halfway across the nation we'd look for a clean safe place to stay the night with our pets. Stopping at this particular one in Cheyenne WY we attempted to book a room for us, our 2 dogs and 1 cat - to be told "no cats". Why say pet-friendly when you mean "Dog Friendly" only Remove the photo of the lady holding a cat or I'll report you for false advertising.||Never again motel 6

No coffee pot, no refrigerator. Very loud people running in and out all night. Not worth the price we paid. Run dwn paint and drywall was falling off. Very dirty dust and dirt on floors and shower had hair in it and soap scum. Was going to take pics forgot to was so upset n wanted leave. The sheets looked remade all wrinkles and stained or still dirty. Remote didn't work got another remote but no code reset it so had to manually change channels. Heater was very loud!

Non-smoking room stunk of cigarettes, door could barely close and the service is terrible.
My 4 year old got sick and they couldn‘t even DO THEIR JOB and spare a blanket for him. Lazy, disgusting and terrible rooms. I would never stay here again.

This place is horrible: horrible location next to a train track. Train blows horn and it vibrates the rooms. The rooms are dirty. The floors were so dirty my black socks were dirty. There was missing countertops only two outlets worked out of 6. The door lock didn’t lock properly when addressed with the office staff they said it was my fault with out even looking at it. Office staff told me to go down the road and pay more money when I addressed my concerns.which I gladly said I would. No coffee in the rooms. Showers are not big n tall friendly at all. There is activity at all times if the day. Can’t say for sure but sure there is drug deals going on during all hours. I recommend never staying here.

My partner and I reserved a room with a king sized bed. However, upon our arrival they had trouble putting us in any room because rooms that were reserved were getting assigned to other people and it appeared the staff were not communicating with each other properly. We got a room with two small beds, it was filthy, the shower water pressure didn't work at all, and it was $472 for just one night when it shouldn't have been that pricey considering we didn't get the room we were told was available.

Horrible experience. First off the lady at the front advised us to stay on one side of the hotel as the other side had "stuff" going on in it. When we walked into the room it was fithy, there was a huge clump of hair under the toilet, hair all over the sink, crumbs in the bed, the phone had grease all over it. It was disgusting. When we asked for a refund, the lady at the front was unprofessional. She asked her "cleaning lady" who was in regular clothes to go check it out. Her and her young daughter went and checked the room. They literally cleaned the room while I watched and then reported back it wasn't dirty and refused to give us a refund. Save your stress and book literally anywhere else.

We arrived at Motel 6 after a long, exhausting drive, around 4 am, with a confirmed reservation in hand. Despite this, the staff at the front desk refused to let us check in until 5 am. The woman working there was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing zero understanding or care for our situation. After hours on the road, the last thing we expected was to be treated so poorly. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when you already have a reservation. I strongly advise against staying here if you value basic hospitality and respect.

The worst place I've ever stayed in! The room smelled like a smoking toilet and everything was extremely dirty. I'm not a squeamish person but I didn't want to touch anything in that room. The location doesn't look safe otherwise our cars were ok. Front desk clerks were indifferent, price was too high ($85 for 2 beds) for that disgusting room and overall experience staying at this motel. Highly DON'T recommend!
