The place smelt like marijuana very badly. It took forever to check in as they kept overlooking my reservation. Finally found it and I was given keys. The first set of keys didn’t work at all. I went back to the office, the guy running the front desk was screaming at a gentleman that didn’t speak English. I called my husband to see if he could converse with the guy(Spanish). My husband was translating back and forth & the guy at the desk was having an adult tantrum. He continued to say “I’M NOT MEXICAN AND I DON’T SPEAK MEXICAN! LEARN ENGLISH!” I received 3 different sets of keys before deciding to get a refund and leave. None of the doors on the rooms worked properly and come to find out, none of the outlets in the entire place worked either. The man at the front desk continued to run back and forth with different keys to try and prove a point & get into the room I was given instead of receiving a refund. I was shook by the time I left. The manager came out and asked why I wanted a refund. I did get one. I called my husband to stay on the phone with me until I left. I don’t recommend this motel 6.

The front desk was not helpful in telling me where my room was and after carrying my suitcase, bags and my fur baby up and down all the stairs I finally found my room. The room’s temperature was at least 85 degrees and when I went to turn on the a/c or the fan on the a/c it was not working. Took forever to cool down the room. Not sure why the room was so hot. Having the heat on that high with no one in it is a waste of money and it is so much easier to heat a room than cool it down, especially if the a/c does not work. It had a large bathroom but tiny shower. The shower was so small I could barely wash myself or turn around and in the bathroom around the toilet there was bm on the wall but all the walls were extremely dirty around the light switches. The sink had no cold running water. With the room being so hot, I had to go get my dog some cold water so he could cool down. There was also what looked like globs of tar on the laminated floors in the room and bathroom. I got about three hours sleep due to people having company over and knocking on there doors all hours of the night and other peoples dogs barking. With so much activity going on for my safety (since I was traveling along) the door latch that you can only lock from the inside was broken. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

They were nice enough, I got a room upgrade despite a few snafus with the travel agency not paying them and having to sort that out, during which they let me stay in the room anyway. They deal with a lot of crappy people because it's Casper, there's lots of drugs here. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't a 5 star luxury resort. It was good for what I paid, especially with a lot of hotels getting way too expensive nowadays

Our experience was terrible! We had checked into our hotel,staff was VERY nice and super helpful. We left the hotel and ran around town. We came back into our room there was screaming outside and creepy people. We walked into our room,and it REAKED of Cbd terrible. We then called down too front desk again they were nice and understanding told us we could get a different room next to the same room that smelled like cbd.

Room was clean but that is all this Motel 6 had going for it. Our did not lock unless you were inside the room to deadbolt it. You could not look out the peephole because the inside looking piece was gone and the hole was stuffed with cotton. Shower was new...2nd good thing. The heat fan made the loudest sound. It would stop if you turned it to low...but then it was cold.

It was inexpensive, and it smelled like it. Stained sheets and a smell that nearly made us leave as soon as we got there.

Twice after we were sleeping, the front desk called us, saying we were making too much noise. (We were sleeping, and the TV was turned off)

Motel 6 has been hit and miss for us in the past. This visit has sworn us off them forever.

The mannager in turn completely lack the politnnes, requested a mail sent to the office and he said they did not have it, once I asked for confirmation he said no, we dont have it in a very rude deminor, once I had moved to my truck he try to talk to me but didn't want to listen due his rude and condesenden deminor, that guy needs to get other job if is going to be an 422

Stayed here for a week. The room was nice and the staff was very courteous. The WIFI is a little slow. If you stay here I would recommend requesting a room near the front desk as the further away you are the weaker the WIFI connection.
