Stephanie is AMAZING! I showed up for my first-ever Botox appointment this afternoon. She took the time to answer all of my questions, watch my face while I spoke, and made recommendations based on what my eyebrows were doing, my forehead, etc. She is very comfortable to be around and such a lovely person. She also gave me recommendations on products for my face at the end. No pressure though - this is not a sales-driven business where they push products on you. I will definitely be back!!

I can't say enough good things about Stephanie!! She is very knowledgeable, patient while you ask questions, clear in her explanations, and delivers results. I've struggled with melasma for the last 10+ years and I saw a noticeable reduction after my second microneedling treatment. The studio space is well decorated, clean, and relaxing (every time I came in, I was served a hot tea, which I really appreciated). On a personal level, Stephanie is also generous, genuinely kind, and hilarious. From start to finish, I felt taken care of, and I would highly recommend Stephanie!

Had two microneedling sessions with Stephanie so far and already seeing results! She takes time to explain, answer any questions, and apply feedback from how the first session went. I was not fully numb in the outer bonier edges of my face the first time so she made sure to keep the numbing cream sit a bit longer the second time, and it was a great experience. Cannot recommend Mosaic Skin Studio enough! I, along with many people I know, have been treated by Mosaic in SF since they opened and they always take the time to discuss treatment options for my skincare and Botox. Unlike other medspas where they cram patients in 15 minute time slots to maximize profits, Mosaic is really a small business that really cares about each individual and makes them feel educated, prepared, and comfortable with their treatments. if i could give stephanie 10 stars i would. i started my medical spa journey with another clinic located in pac heights, and was turned off when one of the practitioners there said, 'for ethnic skin like yours'... then i did my research and found stephanie and mosaic skin.

lemme tell you - do yourself a favor and book at least a consultation with stephanie. i learnt so much from the consultation alone, and the laser treatment she recommended is like BLACK MAGIC. my skin was GLOWING. we also did a baby botox; stephanie could tell i was nervous and she talked me through it. botox will take a while to kick in so i'm still waiting for that but so far, i have loved my results so far that i signed up for the loyalty program. mosaic spa is not one of those places that will try to upsell you stuff. she genuinely just wants to take care of your skin, period.

Extremely rude staff. They treat you like they are better then you.

And responding to your response. So is that not parking for your customers? And now your are saying that it was illegal for your customers to park there? I was parked in the handicap parking spot. I am an Iraq war veteran with a disability. You saw myself and my wife walk to the front of your building and then back to our car because we were confused on how to get in. We stood at the front for 10 minutes talking even calling the phone number. Then with your response and aggressive behavior coming to our car knocking on the window repeatedly staring at my wife until she opened the door “Completely unacceptable behavior” deterred us from even wanting to utilize your services. You were unwilling to even listen to what I had to say even when I said to you that you don’t have to be rude you screamed out I’m not being rude and ran inside.

Great experience here! Annie was good at helping me identify problem areas without any pressure to do any invasive treatment. She listens to your preference (mine was for topical products only) and was able to recommend a regimen thats been helping with redness, pores, and fine lines. Which has helped. I only wear sunscreen and light eyemake up now- no foundation 🙂 My mom also got microneedling and laser from annie and she looks amazing- literally 20 years taken off her face! I appreciate that annie gave her clear post care instructions and helped her through the process so gently. You can tell annie has a genuine passion for what shes doing and really wants to help her patients. She’s detail oriented and will go the extra mile to make sure youre taken care of.
