This company ruined my nephew’s party. The operator, Victoria, was very late arriving, but refused to extend her time to compensate for her lateness. She insisted on charging full price for a party that was at least one hour shorter than the agreed duration. Entering into a verbal argument when asked to negotiate on the prices, Victoria acted in a very abusive manner and caused a party to become unpleasant. Don’t hire this business.

Showed up late and provided half of the time that was scheduled for and then expects you to pay full price when services agreed upon were not rendered. This is a horrible business and I recommend you do not hire them. Extremely unprofessional. 👎🏼 Would give zero stars if I could.

The communication was horrible!!! To top it off they hired a 3rd party vendor for the delivery the morning of my event!!! Come to find out the 3rd party was almost half price of what I was charged!!! Sad all this was done after they received my deposit! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Save yourself a headache, time and money and use someone else!
