Waste of time. Called to make sure there were rooms available and if they were up to date and clean and were promised that they offered just that. Got to the room and just about 1 hour in saw German roaches come out everywhere. Thank god we were able to get our money back and we left asap. Please do not come here. They have bug issues! The only good thing I can say is the front desk lady was nice.

Did not even check in! Guy at the desk could not even find my reservation. Bad smells everywhere. Roaches crawling on the floor in the lobby. Manager was.... well, very less than friendly. Asked to see the rooms. Smelled rotten. Highly recommend nobody ever stays here.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. There is bed bugs in room number 246, which is the room that we stayed in overnight. There was no one at the front desk after midnight to complain to about our situation. When we called Booking.com to change our room the person on the phone was rude and hung up on us, plus he was very hard to understand anything that he was saying on the phone. Why does companies have people work for them on the phones if you can't understand what they are saying? Overall this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in our lifetime. We decided to cancel our reservations for the rest of the week that we were supposed to stay at this hotel and we better get our money back for the 4 days that we have cancelled. We are going to report this hotel to the Better Business Bureau and we are also going to call the Rock Island County Health Department and get this hotel closed down due to the conditions in the room that we have encountered.

This place was supposed be 875 a month with no price change that was a huge lie .. it went from that to 900 than 1100 plus the lady manager as she says came to my room yelling at me about the money smh her and boyfriend sit out front smoking weed.. there's cockroachs the toilet kept leaking hardly any had hot water the list goes on I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I was literally there 3 months and it was nothing but drama... Rent was paid on time y'all wanted to charge more each month supposed be be 875$ a month NO! 900 than 1100 and we all know you ain't the owner ur the so called manager wanna be ....

Hotel door on said opened if anyone. Black mold in hotel. Found 3 cockroaches. An then this morning the cleaning guy knocked rudely for 3 min an then tried opening our door with us in it . Other staff was good but definitely not a recommendation.

Positive: "" Negative: Cockroaches where crawling all around the room. The bathroom door would not shut. The TV Had a large spot on it that was black. Air conditioning did not work. I left and slept in my car.

I was at first a bit skeptical considering the mixed reviews I saw of this place, nevertheless my stay was wonderful. The staff helped me with the bags to my room which was very well illumitated and clean. TV worked perfectly and I had no mayor complications. The price was amazing as well. Would definitely come back again.

Bed was very comfortable. It was a little noisy when we first got there an it was after 11 pm. We couldn’t get our tv to work it came on showed the channel but nothing else. Very basic but we just need a place to stay for 1 night. They do take cash and have smoking rooms.
