The only problem I had with this place was that the guy said that they did not accept cash... But there's a sign on the window that says cash or card. I had to venture out not feeling good tired as I don't know what to go and find a Bank of America close by. But after everything was said and done. I enjoyed my room I slept well and I definitely go there again.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Actually have working employee or management be on the establishment. The person who checked in, was just a family member. And they couldn?t answer any simple questions.

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and cordial. It has a good location as it has a park next door for hiking and spending a good time with the family.

For a low budget, this motel is actually not bad at all. I've lodged here several times. I would have given it 5 stars except that some of their stuff are old. But the Indian family which owns and runs the motel are very friendly and welcoming. They take the security of their customers seriously. The first time I lodged here, I was around for almost two weeks. I was still fresh in California. My car was never broken into and the owner gave me good tips on how to survive the Bay Area. I would recommend this motel to anyone on a low budget. Their customer service is superb.

The rooms are very good, they give you coffee, there is a place to iron clothes, everything is fine, but the manager did not give me service because he cannot register me with my passport.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. First off they have signs that say no smoking the room. they had my family and I checked into smelled so bad of cigarettes. Also they say you will be refunded the 100 dollar fee if no damage is found. There was damage when we checked in. I didnt get my money refunded. I feel like I deserve a full refund with how terrible this place was.
