I really like this resort. Everyone was helpful! The sauna and hot pools are amazing. I feel really refreshed. The restaurant was excellent and portions are extremely generous.
I unfortunately had to leave early because my mom got ill. Gloria at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. She got me a wheelchair and showed genuine concern. I give her 5 ⭐️’s
Also Leslie (lifeguard) has a thorough knowledge of this resort and was able to answer questions I had about the waters (hot and cold) she gets 5 ⭐️’s too

Miracle is my main go to place in the desert. I have a place in Desert Hot Springs that I rent out and I always to to Miracle to relax after I get my tenants settled. I love the pools and the relaxing, predominately adult environment. I like that there is not too much chlorine in the mineral water. The change room and sauna are wonderful and relaxing. The grounds are beautiful. People are super friendly so I get a day often when I am staying at my place. I only wish the pools were hotter the way they used to be. They say they are working on that.

The price is often excellent online and through the hotel. I love that you can extend your visit for 20% off. The rooms are older but large and have everything you need including comfortable beds and linens. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely place for a great price.

Large rooms, clean but dated decor. Ample parking. Well kept public areas, quiet and comfortable. Capri restaurant service was slow at dinner. No hot water in shower. Good value for money, I’d stay here again

The customer service and attentiveness of all the staff make you feel at home. The staff responds with care and actually asks as you walk the hallway if you have everything you need. while the rooms are dated, it truly is a decent place I recommend. If you prefer more modern and spotless, cool, then go somewhere else. I normally am that way myself. However, after my experience, I've become open to decent and top-notch customer service!

We absolutely love Miracle Springs Resort and Spa!

It's been like our second home for over a decade. The rooms are comfortable and the hot mineral water is world-class and so relaxing and healing. There is a beautiful swimming pool and lots of other hot pools with varying temperatures.

The rooms are either poolside balcony or mountain view, and there are poolside rooms with private patios and gates out to the pools which are open 24/7 if you book a room!

There is an award winning restaurant (Capri) that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (and also takeout and room service).

As if that isn't amazing enough, there is a full-service spa menu (massages, facials, wraps, scrubs and more!), and a full bar. Miracle Springs also has beautiful banquet and conference rooms available to rent.

Miracle Hot Springs is a place that is friendly to everyone. If you are looking for an active space with children and where pets are welcome, that has a great pool and wading pools for children, then this is the place. If you're looking for a nice quiet space to enjoy the healing waters, this is probably not the place.

PRO: it's a clean, but dated, older hotel that has a great pool and multiple spas of veried temperatures. The pool and spa area is open 24 hours a day and they really are great to experience. People of all ages will feel welcome there. Service is good and we found a way to get extra towes by calling the housekeeping and asking for them to bring them to the room. They have two wading pools that are perfect for small children. It's an inexpensive place to go to enjoy the healing waters and bring the family (if you want to), or if you're social, to enjoy being in space with a lot of different people. We did find it a little quieter during midweek. People really seem to be enjoying their visit.

CONS: It is dated, the rooms are often worn with the carpets looking used, and some of the furniture may have minor damage. The pool and spa tubs are very busy, especially at night. There is really nowhere for a quiet soak. They only give you one towel for the pool and there are no robes. It is never really quiet.

My husband took me there for my birthday 🎂. We love going there a few times a year. We just love the hot springs 😍!! It relaxes you and I think it's therapeutic. Personally, I love the spa, the ladies there are fantastic. There's a restaurant inside the hotel. First time we tried it i do recommend it. The only thing that sucks here is that they have a Venue inside and sometimes there could be a wedding and there's a lot of people in the lobby, but inside by the pools I don't think they're allowed in that area. Other than that I give it a 10. They have a big parking lot, security cameras and the staff is really good.

The place is very dated. Pictures online show a much better room condition. Windows did not even have curtains. We were facing a parking structure and no privacy for walking by parking their car right in front of the window. The noise from the upstairs room was intense. This hotel is not soundproof.
No pool towels.
Pools are dated. The building needs a serious paint job in and out.
Will no stay here again.
