Ashley is a great therapist. Defiantly the best in town. She is extremely professional and fantastic at her job. I would always recommend. I run a lot so whenever my calves feel sore I know where to go, every time. Thank you again Ashley for all that you do! 100% recommend!

Ashley is extremely talented! I was really surprised how strong she is (I had knots in my back that needed it) . I’m a very sporty guy and I totally trust her work for my issues. She has worked a lot with the athletes and football guys in Tuscaloosa so I knew she was familiar with the work I needed. Very impressed and definitely coming back to see her again soon.

I've had massages for the past 8 years from different therapists but nobody compares to Ashley! She does a great job working on my issues and also relaxing me! She uses Hot oil which is a big plus for me ( so relaxing!) I'm definitely a believer in her skills!!
