Very rude and unprofessional woman! I was 6 minutes late for my appointment driving half an hour after some bad snow, walked in on her and another tech watching videos on their phone, and she actually told me she couldn't take me. Doctors and medical providers give you 15 minute leeway for weather conditions etc. and this nail tech with a place that sucks in hygiene is offended for a 6 minute delay, when her next appointment was 40 minutes later and my service was just filling! I drive another 30 minutes back and swore I will write this report, came back to read all the other bad reviews. She then LIES to my friend and tells her I was 10 minutes late!!! Very disrespectful, she needs to deal with her issues before she is allowed to deal with the public. One star is generous, i would give her minus stars if I could. Went to Hi5 in Vernon Hills and they were clean, polite, sweet, more talented and they knew how to do designs. They also didn't lie about services and told us exactly what they were doing. Her nails took VERY LOOOONG to remove.

One star is being very generous. I walked in and three nail techs were sitting. There was no one else having their nails done. No one said anything to me, they just all looked down at their phones. I asked if they had any openings for a no chip manicure and pedicure and the one nail tech closest to me looked up from her phone and rudely said no and the others kept looking down at their phones. Where was the customer service? I understand if there was no availability, but it doesn’t cost anything to greet someone when they walk in and be polite.

Very unpleasant person, refuses service even with appointments. Maybe she is above and beyond being a nail tech and should retire and live as the diva that she thinks she is? People are just very rude and unkind. One star was forced on me really, she doesn't deserve any. Sorry for the tip I left them once

Run for your lives, very dirty place! And I think they may be lying about the razors they use for the pedicure, I insisted they spray them with isopropyl alcohol, but i am still suspicious.

I absolutely love this place! The women here are just so wonderful and will do everything to make sure you get what you want. I also get pedicures and they’re amazing. They deserve the business!

I love going here. The ladies are very nice and always accommodating. They have a large selection of colors for the nails and they also do eyebrow and lip waxing. Prices are reasonable but the quality of services is superior! This is a business I trust and recommend!

A very accommodating place, 3 very friendly nail techs (Sophia, Kim, Hannah). Great work, very efficient and caring. Pricing is extremely reasonable. If something is not right, just let them know and they will fix it.

Wonderful place and job. The water was warm she did not try to boil my feet off. very much appreciated. she was very attentive to detail and my toes and feet have not looked or felt this good and a very long time. will definitely come back more often when I come app to visit Chicago and my family.
