Hadn't been here in a couple years and was very disappointed with a full set of nails. Poorly done, tech didn't like my questioning of the shape of nails. Two were put on crooked and were too wide causing the nails to look horrible. The tech own nails were dirty underneath. Shouldn't she be required to wash her hands after each client. Nice pedicure. But will not being returning.

Went and got a pedicure and some acrylic nails with my mom as a girls day! Had a great time, everyone I talked to was super kind! Everyone took their time on me, the lady who did my nails made sure it looked perfect! Definitely will be coming back! Cutest Valentine’s Day nails ever!

Dang I never thought I would be one of those people to leave a Google review but your girl is upset. I always go here and everyone is usually really nice and does a good job. I had a different woman today and she was not nice. I asked her politely if she could fix the shape of my nails (I asked for oval) because they were boxy and she got mad and started to lecture me about nail shapes and told me to ask for almond. Excuse me, what?😂 I ask for oval shape every time I go there and every other person that has done my nails has never given me a hard time about it. I took a picture of my nails before she fixed them and then searched up the difference between oval and almond shape just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Even if she doesn’t agree about the name of the nail shape that I asked for, what’s the point of arguing with me about it and just being rude to a customer in general? Not to mention she was just in a rush the whole time and I could tell she didn’t care, she just wanted to help the next customer sitting right next to me. Nails aren’t cheap and I’m in college so I do appreciate when a nail tech is thoughtful and takes their time. I always ask for chrome powder at the end too. Today it was a whopping $15 extra because she had to brush on a powder which probably took an extra 30 seconds out of her time. If they want to start charging $15 extra for that, that’s cool, but maybe mention that? I told the lady at the front that the nail tech was rude and she did not care either. I was charged $70 for rushed/messy nails and rude service. I was a loyal customer, so this is unfortunate.

I went here with a friend because our normal place was busy. I was a little nervous because I’ve been here in the past and it hasn’t been that great. The lady didn’t look interested in what she was doing at all and went very fast. It ended up looking very slipping. And the filing was very rough. My friends lady cut her while filing and hers were messy as well.
