I’m seriously so disappointed with Habachi express. I drove almost 20 minutes there and back to get food. I got home and my order was completely wrong. I called to let them know what happened. I tried to explain, the phone hung up while I was talking. They called back and asked if the food was eaten? I told them I don’t eat shrimp. I drive all the way back out there the plated my order apologized and that was it. I wasn’t happy with the food once I got home the second time. The chicken isn’t fully cooked. It’s so rubbery. I at least expected them to refund the order. Or offer a free drink or something. I get really upset when I spend money with these places. Some of them don’t even try to make things right! I won’t be back here at all.

usually i have a great experience but today was not as great the man on the phone doesn’t listen very well to the order i was telling him and gave me the wrong order and didn’t have a solution to fixing what i wanted unless I was to pay for the side which would’ve been more than the plate i wanted itself

Great food, I visit all the time and never had a problem.

Edit: It’s gone downhill over the years, every now and then the meat gets way overcooked, vegetables get undercooked, or something is left off.

Beyond food, I met the owners at a car rental shop before they even opened. Their desire to talk to me with such kindness was the thing that welcomed me well before I visited their establishment...

Ordered food and when we opened it at home there was almost no meat on our beef noodle. My wife’s crab rangoons were burnt and only two had filling.

The food was perfect tonight even though it is always good.We got the hibachi chicken, hibachi steak, and a California roll.My boyfriend ordered the hibachi steak and it’s so delicious and tender that I’m going to order it next time we go.The employees were very busy with togo orders and there was a rude doordasher trying to hurry the employees and even with that situation the food turned out to be great.They work very hard with positive attitudes and do a great job.This is a calm place it would be nice to dine in,but we always take our food togo.They also have good fountain sweet tea.By the way if you guys didn’t know there’s a way you can go into the restaurant’s doordash system and block certain dashers from coming to pick up an order😉

Awesome local perfectly decent takeout hibachi and sushi. Family who owns it is very friendly and timely in service and etiquette.
