Recently stayed here for a mother/daughter getaway. The attention to detail in the presentation of the room upon arrival and at the hotel was exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable as well. The entire staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. They provide a very nice, big breakfast every morning and have home made soup in the lobby every day. It was very good! We will definitely be back. This hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Lake Geneva to walk to the lake, restaurants and shops.

This is the second time we stayed in the hotel. We were impressed by the cleanliness , friendly staff and the overall warmth of the hotel. The hallways and our room is beautifully decorated. The free soup and cookies at the front desk were wonderful extras to have! The fireplace in our room is nice and warm in the deep winter cold days and the breakfast was included and the dining tables have white tablecloth! And the hotel location is excellent. Next to the lake and you can walk everywhere. Overall, very nice stay! We love the owner manager Milah!

We love this place so clean so perfect we have stayed there 3 times now. We have had a king suite and a queen suite both are so very nice. We love how it is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We will be back in November and December. It has become our favorite spot to stay.

Friendly and fast response.|The room decor, very cutesy, very demure. |The breakfast staff, Margarita, was very approachable and proactive. |The free chocolates, cookies and coffee in the lobby is absolutely lovely bonus. |Walkable to restaurant and parks||The downside from my experience is that the fireplace wasn’t working. They tried to fix it but eventually it breaks again. I really was looking forward to read book near fireplace during a cold winter, but didn’t happen. ||I’d still recommend the place to anyone looking for cute spot to stay considering other factors that makes my visit enjoyable.

Very clean, very friendly staff, platinum suite was a great room with a lake view. The breakfast was amazing and the staff in the dining cafe were great!! Would definitely go back again! Walking distance from everything. Hot tub and pool area was very nice and clean and was nice to unwind!

We stayed at Mill Creek Hotel for Valentine's Day in February 2025. Hotel is great, what a wonderful experience.||Off street covered parking. Cookies and soup available 24 seven. Coffee available 24 seven. Walked to shopping, restaurants, massage studio and a manicurist.||Free hot and tasty breakfast every day. You can eat in the breakfast nook or take a tray with your food to your room. Nice Great housekeeping staff.||We plan on being back for Memorial Day weekend.||Barbara |LaSalle County Illinois

PERFECT location. Beautiful winter weekend to enjoy the holiday activities throughout Lake Geneva. The Mill Creek Hotel is walkable to everywhere in downtown Lake Geneva. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and super cozy. The bathroom jacuzzi was unbelievably RELAXING… We really appreciated the welcome bag and warm touches/ thoughtfulness throughout our stay. The coffee bar in the lobby was a really nice amenity and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Would absolutely stay again and plan to as soon as possible!

there were so many extras that i have never found at other hotels. close to everything. breakfast was great and my husband loved the soup available every day. they have a bootle of champagne at the entrance for anyone to enjoy. will definitely stay again if i return to lake geneva.
