What we were promised was not what we got or what we paid for. A local plumbing professional we hired afterwards to rework the plumbing lines above and do sheet metal work to clean up the ugly, newly exposed duct work fixture commented on our hardware not matching or being high quality fixtures we paid for helped us to see that we were taken advantage of by Midwest Bath.

Communication was not what we were promised and our tub was chipped during installation which also made us believe we didn't get a Jacuzzi brand tub as we were told during the initial sales call by Jordan. Jordan also said it wouldn't look like a DIY and that were would be getting a ceiling. They didn't even finish the trim work between the bottom of the tub and floor. They are going to come out and finish the trim work at the bottom of the tub and fix the chip in our tub but they say they didn't have plans to put in a ceiling as it is not in the contract.

We have sent numerous emails and left messages but we just get return calls from Erin in warranty leaving us a generic voice message, not even giving us the information we ask for to send her the above photos to.

What we recommend is finding a local company you know and trust. It is worth screening several companies and get recommendations from friends and family. Midwest Bath seemed like a reputable company based on the sales people we talked to on the phone and in person. Unfortunately we feel we were taken advantage of because we don't know these people personally and they are not local.

My husband signed off on the work before I got home from work and he paid for it without looking at it first. We have no way to hold them to what they promised. Good luck with your project!

Tony just installed the new walk in shower for my handicapped and elderly mother. He was amazing! He was very meticulous in his work and made sure my mom would be safe while keeping her independence while showering. He asked her where she wanted everything and made sure she would be comfortable.
He did a beautiful job! We are extremely happy with how it turned out. If you are reading this, thanks again Tony, job very well done!

We love our new bath! We love it so much we bought two! Jacob, our salesman was great. He was friendly and thorough when explaining our options. He was patient and made sure he answered all our questions. Tony, our installer was great too. He took his time to do it right and did quality work. We really appreciate that. We are very happy with the whole process. My only regret is not doing it sooner! We definitely recommend Midwest Bath, it's rare to find a company that gets it right and actually does what they say! Midwest Bath did a great job. Installer couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. I was super happy with the entire process. The new shower is stunning and we love the super clean look, design, and function. We now have body sprayers, and multiple functioning shower heads. What an upgrade.

I just love my new shower, And so do all of my grandchildren as when they are here they have to take a shower.
I have a twelve-year-old grandson who lives with me and I used to Nag him to take a shower.
Now he showers voluntarily everyday And ask me if he can take another one.
My shower looks like it belongs

and blessed that it was so easy to finance. I could no longer step over the tub to get in and now all I do is walk in.
Yes, it was a lot of money, but for me, it was so very worth it.

Perhaps like you, we saw many TV ads for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel but were skeptical, because we built our house 26 years ago with many custom details ~ yet, we have been eager to replace a guest bathtub/shower combo for many years. It just got put on the back burner til one day in early September when we called to see about a quote and get a feel for what we thought about this as an option. We received a call for an in-home consultation right away and certainly got THE best representative at Midwest Bath in DUSTIN!!! He came to our home, probably gave us 3 hours to go over the process, look at samples, and ask any questions. We were not rushed, he was not pushy but professional in every way. Because we liked what we saw and felt we could trust him, we signed a contract that evening and appreciated a nice cash discount. Less than a month later, we were offered an early installation date due to a cancellation. Fortunately, we were blessed to have been assigned JOE as our installer. He tore out the old tub/shower/glass doors and prepped in one day and installed the new walk-in shower with sliding glass doors the next day. He was pleasant, worked so hard, was very neat, respectful, and paid attention to detail. In two days, we had a wonderful transformation with the materials we had selected. Every part of the process went smoothly, the clean-up was complete, and we only wish we had done this sooner. Based on our experience and total satisfaction with the outcome, we can highly recommend Midwest Bath to anyone who may be hesitating. From what we've heard, we're glad we went with them and not the competitors in our area. In the future we may consider having them install a walk-in tub where our Jacuzzi bath is in our master bath, because there are reasons why theirs is the best. In the meantime, a son and grandson have used the new shower a couple of times and both say it is a huge upgrade, that everything works great, looks very nice, and agree that it was long overdue and well worth it! It will absolutely be easier to keep clean. We hope you have a similar and positive experience when you choose to consult with Midwest Bath.
