We ate here for lunch today and we will not go back. I had the Farmer’s Skillet which should have been sausage, peppers and onions over hashbrowns with gravy and eggs. However, the sausage was cubed meat, there were only a tiny bit of hashbrowns, and the dish was filled almost completely with peppers and onions that were barely cooked and still very crunchy. I picked though and ate some of the eggs and hashbrowns but it was almost entirely inedible. I told the waitress and she apologized and said she would “tell the boys to cook better” and asked if I wanted something else, which I declined because I did not have time to wait. They took off the cost of my iced tea from our ticket and that was all. Also, while we were waiting for our food I heard this same waitress tell a man who was paying that they took his meal off completely because the cooks had messed it up so much. I have never written a bad review before but was just very, very frustrated with the food and the service. (The pictures are the size of the dish for comparison and then of all the uncooked peppers and onions I took out just to find something edible.)

I'd been recommended this place by a friend a few years ago and finally got around to going. As usual, I ordered the catfish and it was delicious; it's my go-to at a sit-down restaurant. I had the cottage cheese and hash browns as sides, which is probably the first time I've ever had hash browns as a side with lunch since they serve breakfast all day. The restaurant was pretty well near full. The service was outstanding and they definitely give you a large enough portion of your meal for your money with an impressive menu selection. Not disappointed whatsoever and I'll certainly be back.

Brittany took good care of us. My chicken breast on salad was excellent and huge. It was very flavorful. My husband enjoyed his sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. Plentiful portions.

The food is always great as well as the service. The staff are always kind and friendly. We dine here several times a month. Definitely the best place in town to get a bite to eat!

All good things to say. If you walk out of this place hungry. That's on you, they give you more than enough food to eat. I love the wait staff. They go out of their way to see that your comfortable and everything you want.

To be honest this place has become a home away from home. It hurts my heart to see even one hateful review about this place or the people there. I'm a Texan and Texas hospitality is a very high standard. The whole staff has been there for me, a complete stranger in this community, when I found out my dad passed from cancer sitting in a booth alone. To two weeks later finding out I had cancer as well. Through all of my surgery and chemo journey when I could barely eat and couldn't swallow anything but soup. (Owner gifted me a huge container of chicken and dumplings which I eat for like 2 weeks cuz it was all I could eat) (Yes I froze individual bowls so it would keep that long) They don't have a problem with customizing your order due to dietary restrictions. I've been getting fish grilled no breading over rice with extra veggies add (super extra) mushrooms (doctors orders more omega 3 and veggies less red meat) it's been a little over a year and I've been in remission for almost a year now and their support has been unwavering. I truly love this place while I've not had a single dish I didn't like the people make this place like home. I love y'all

You have to try the Tres leche cake (3 milk)
