A great place to stay! It sits back from the main road, and I enjoyed the cows that showed up in a field behind the hotel. I seldom use the swimming pool at hotels, but this one was so inviting and it was a gorgeous day, I couldn’t resist. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, a huge TV, no complaints. The breakfast is mostly continental, except for the hot waffles you can make, but more than satisfactory for the price of staying here. And Michelle at the front desk was the best!!

Clean and friendly staff, nice mattress, and hot showers. Even has a nice country setting in the back of the hotel, if you have time to|Enjoy. Should have jumped the fence and tried my hand, with the local fishing, but I didn’t bring my rod, maybe next time.

Every thing was fine from the check in to and check out the breakfast was good and riom service was excellent i really enjoyed my stay. We have no complaints about nothing. I have never been ozark before and it was nice. My spouse said he enjoyed it too.

Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Russell and Michelle were awesome!!! Beds were comfortable and towels were fresh and soft. Parking lot was well lit at night. We will be returning in the fall and will most probably be staying with them again. Very convenient location to travel into and right out of Ozark.

Room as dirty; pool was dirty and wasps wee flying all around because they had nests under the chairs. Staff were very nice, but I didn’t get the feeling Management would find out the problems we had. Also, there were very few outlets in the room so plugging in our phones, etc, was difficult.

When checking in, I asked the woman if any of the rooms had outside access. She said no then asked why I needed a room with outside access. First off, it was none of her business. Then I told her "So I didn't have to deal with the lobby and people." Her response was "There's an elevator". She just looked at me when I aske her how that would solve anything. The room was filthy! One of the beds had been "half" made; the mirror behind /over that bed was covered in hand prints. There was 1 towel, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel in a room that had 2 queen beds so technically 4 people could have stayed in that room. The toilet paper wasn't even in the holder. I didn't bother to take a shower / bath because of the filthy tub - God only knows the last time it had been cleaned. I will never go back there!

Good stay in this hotel, good value for money. The back rooms have an incredible view with very natural cows.

I would just recommend adding something more nutritious to breakfast.

Staff went above and beyond. Everything was very clean, beds comfortable. We were just passing through so reserved a single. Was disappointed in the room size and no refrigerator
