My stay was great! House keeping does a wonderful job, the ladies at the front desk were all very lovely, nice and pleasant. I would definitely go back. As well, it was very peaceful and relaxing.

Great staff and clean room! We enjoyed our stay and loved the cleanliness and simple design of this hotel. The price was right and enjoyed the convenient breakfast. We would definitely come back on our next trip north.

Clean and convenient design, yet very small room. Size of room was fine with me as it has everything you need in the right place. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendation. Also needed some printouts receptionist did immediately for me. I do not expect much for breakfast so the dry cereal and coffee was fine too. If you want a good breakfast go to a cafe; this applies to every hotel. Expecting a warm buffet to be a good breakfast is empty hope. Also a nice local pub for a football game. Booths replaced pool tables and fish (cod) and chips good. I would return here. The Ramada in Modesto has no fridge, no coffee, no microwave, same size room, has hidden fees (environmental fees $20) when you arrive. The environmental fee of extra $20 make it more expensive than Microtel. This extra $20 is not included when you make your reservation. You don’t find out until you arrive there. I should add they keep a deposit for 5 days after you check out. Be sure they inspect the room before you leave. Kendra did inspect mine. I have been charged for something I did not do 3 days after I checked out. 3 stars for low value and keeping deposit without informing me.

Positive: Very clean everywhere. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. There is an area I can park to charge my hybrid car! Anything I need is available nearby. Negative: Wish there was a soundproofing that would muffle neighbors voices.

For the location, this is a nice hotel. Room (queen suite) was dated but serviceable. Walls are thin, I could hear the phone vibrating in the room next door. Small kitchenette. The ONLY issue I had was there were no USB outlets which for a newer looking hotel, I would’ve assumed they had. Bring enough adapters to supply all your electronic devices. Side notes: no ice machine on the 3rd (top) floor. Continental breakfast had NO protein unless you consider yogurt applicable. Automatic pancake maker, dry cereal, a little bit of fruit, bakery items, and packets of oatmeal. Coffee (almond milk for creamer) and juice available. People were very nice. Small pool outside.

Only issue was rooms you can hear noise from rooms so ruins privacy 😑. Secondly room had some stains on carpet and seats. Pool was okay jacuzzi seems like it didn't work but was warm. As for there reward program they lost me as a customer refund issue but that's most hotels. I recommended this hotels from wydm if you on a budget but I won't stay in this vendors ever again.

The reception was great, the young lady there was awsome and super friendly and attentive. We had to change our plans and leave a day early, she was very accomodating and made it easy and effortless. The breakfast is available, simple fare but very clean and accessable. Our room was more than adequate for our needs on this trip and location was great. We would go back.

Customer service at front desk and with cleaning was great- Everyone was very helpful from giving extra towels to giving directions to looking up restaurants close by to help with catering! Thank you ALL ladies your help was GREATLY Appreciated!!
