I (and three of my sisters, for support) made an appointment for me to have a wig fitting
I recently lost all my hair to lung cancer and was devastated. Miss Vicki snd Sabrina were amazing to work with. Their patience and kindness made me feel comfortable and special. I purchased and had 2 wigs styled to my facial features and left feeling beautiful

I am a little late in writing this. My experience there was top notch! Brooklyn was amazing. My mom had lost much hair in a matter of weeks! It was devastating. Even on initial call Brooklyn was sympathetic and encouraging. We schedule appointment and were given great service. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Pieces tried on were of varied pricing and Brooklyn truly seemed she was just finding the best look for my mom. Once we chose, she trimmed and perfected for my mom. Also, per our request she showed us and allowed us to sample facial products and did a light make up. Again, no pressure to buy...but we did! And my mom's confidence has increased immensely! What a great experience! This was my first experience with wigs and quite honestly, couldn't have gone better. Will return as needed and recommend to all!

What a wonderful experience walking through the doors of Merle Norman! These ladies are so knowledgeable about make up, hair products & wigs. The owner, Sabrina has cut my hair for the past 20 years. I would go no where else. I often refer ladies to their salon for wigs, hair care & make up.

Brooklyn, Sabrina’s daughter is also a cosmetologist. She is excellent with make up techniques and wig selection. Do not hesitate to pay them a visit!🤗

Very poor selection, service and value. The sale girl was more interested in a customer who arrived after me to get an update on the delivery of the customer's dryer. While talking with the other customer the sales girl informed me of a $35 consultation fee to order a wig. But how do I know which wig will work without trying it on? The price she gave me on a wig I bought in the past was 50% higher then the price I paid.

If yo need a wig- this is the place. I have brought about10 wigs over the past years. Quality of wigs is great and the staff there knows how to fit with your coloring & can trim them for a natural look. and advise you on the care of the wigs. For some with health or cosmetic issues this can be a traumatic experience.- but these ladies are compassionate and take the time to put you at ease. Otherwise - just go get one for fun.
