So i was getting my hair done and i wanted her to match my roots to the rest of my hair and without asking me before hand she colored my hair black and tried to justify it by saying that it will fade over time. I would've just wished she would've asked me if i was ok with it first and i'm very dissatisfied and upset about it.

Jessica did a spectacular job on my eyebrows. I was years overdue for a touchup. She discussed my goals with me, recommended a really good color ink, and did a job so skillful my new brows look like they just grew that way on my face. Highly recommend. I will be trying other services at this privately owned salon and studio after my 100% positive experience with the tattoo work.

I have very long, thick hair. It was down to my waist. I asked for a lot to be cut off and lots of layers with razored ends. I arrived at 1pm I left at 2:56 pm. I was there for two hours. I though everything was alright and she's a nice lady, but nice and skill have no relation. When I got home I noticed that the layers are blatantly, totally uneven, the left side does not match the right especially in the front. It was choppy. I was pulling pieces out that clearly had not been layered properly. If you dont know how to cut , long thick hair then be honest don't try then fail. Now I have to get it corrected somewhere else costing me more money. No happy. When I told her no apology just an 'ok' not cool.

I, like I'm sure others have done during the virus chopped my own hair. She fixing my bad chop job without judgment and gave me just what I asked for. She was pleasant and made me feel welcome in her shop as a first time client. I would recommend this shop.
