Excellent location for downtown, Hollywood Boulevard is a 25-20 minute walk from the accommodation and for all other sightseeing locations including Santa Monica, Venice Beach etc. Our party drove down from San Francisco and found the property without much difficulty. Area felt very safe when walking around even at night, there are plenty of local bars in the neighborhood also convenience stores and eateries to refresh yourself. Room was large and clean there are shared bathrooms on each floor no problems with these. The owner was very helpful and friendly we rarely seen him and you get a good breakfast, help yourself to as much as you want with plenty of coffee to start your day. There is a nice outside garden area to relax and have a beer and there is car parking at the property. Would definitely recommend and stay again very good value for money.

Good location to go around with free parking. 24/7 breakfast, for you to cook yourself. Backyard for barbeque and chilling etc. Common bathrooms. Clean place and friendly owners who answer your messages quickly.

Уважаемые путешественники, рекомендую вам данную локацию, чтобы остановится в Лос-Анджелесе. Отличная локация, завтраки и закуски включены. Хозяин Фетти - просто клевый парень! Есть очень приятный задний дворик, где можно готовить барбекю, большая кухня, в доме 4 комнаты, при необходимости можно вещи постирать и высушить. Ко всему прочему есть гараж и несколько парковочных мест, в общем на паркинге можно сэкономить, что весьма немаловажно. Поблизости есть все необходимое, тусовки тоже относительно недалеко.
