The service was extremely disappointing. When I reserved the spot, I was not informed that a male therapist would be providing the spa service. They mentioned there will be an availability but failed to disclose this important detail beforehand. To make matters worse, the therapist entered the room without any prior notice while I have no clothes on because the lady asked me to take my clothes off for spa(the lady said beforehand). When I expressed my discomfort, they tried to justify it by I did not say at first and claiming they follow proper etiquette, but I explained that I couldn’t accept it. The man was swearing. Eventually, the front desk woman offered to handle the service herself…

Disregard any negative reviews. This place is fantastic. Extremely high-quality deep tissue massage and a friendly and clean atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Also was not told I would be giving a male masseuse , also it was a 90 minute massage and sooo uncomfortable, place felt feel very dirty . The masseuse kept putting lotion on me then wrapping the sheets on me . Uncomfortable lotion body with a sheet on top gross . Will not be back

Found Melody Spa about 6 months ago and been about 5 times. Every visit has been good if not great. I had different masseuses and they all delivered a good firm massage. Place is very clean and comfortable (heated massage table, support pillow under ankles etc). Prices are very reasonable so definitely my go-to now!

I just decided I would like a massage after my long day. I have gotten massages a lot of places in my life, . Kathy is amazing in taking the knots out of the problems areas that I really need to dig into. And the prices are super good. I feel fresh right after. The place is new and clean. Highly recommended. Will come back soon! 👍

I was looking for a foot reflexology massage and most places are offering foot massage. Then, I found Melody Spa who advertise they do foot reflexology, made an appointment went there only to receive just a foot massage. The lady just focused on my sole and calves. This is not foot reflexology. Very disappointed.
