Working with Dion from Meeting Rooms On Demand was great. He was very responsive and would get back to me within a couple hours. They were very accommodating with our needs from needing to extend the rental and last minute changes. Would definitely recommend their facilities and will use again when in Fresno.

This meeting facility worked great for us. Convenient rental process and room came equipped with the projector and whiteboard that we needed. The added kitchenette with drinking water is a nice addition, as is the extra breakout/utility room. The location is very central in the Fresno area and parking was great. Will be using again.

I have used Rooms on Demand several times and am a happy customer. Plenty of parking, room and kitchen are always clean, easy to use projector/projector screen and HDMI hookup and any problems I have had were taken care of right away. Epicenter Ministries has worked with Dion at meeting Rooms on Demand for over a year now and have been pleased with the professionalism, service and flexibility they have provided. I highly recommend using this company to hold meetings, conferences, etc. It was, understandably, closed temporarily due to COVID-19, but once able to re-open the owner has worked with my organization to coordinate the use of their rooms for events while meeting the standards required for social distancing. The pricing for the room rentals is quite fair and any restrictions are for the cleanliness and safety of all users. I look forward to continuing to use Meeting Rooms on Demand in the future.

We are extremely pleased with our room. The room is clean, has wi-fi, new chairs, carpeting and a new projector which is very nice! We come in, have our event, straighten up and we are done.
