Carla is very knowledgeable and professional. She can adjust her techniques to work out the stress and tightness of your body. She is always pleasant and willing to listen to your concerns. She takes the time to understand your problem areas and will ask several times if she is using too much pressure. I highly recommend her. Without a doubt the best massage I've ever had. Carla is absolutely fantastic! I had been experiencing chronic lower back pain for months, but I could not figure out how I had injured it, nor could I get any relief through stretching, chiropractor, etc. Carla listened extremely well to why I had finally sought out massage therapy and even helped jogged my mind to the initial injury, which helped her really target the source of my pain. With her care, I was already feeling noticably better the next morning and have continued to improve each day since.
