Reading everyone’s reviews surprises me. I walked In didn’t receive a hello just a look, then I’ll be right with you. Then was guided into a consultation room where I was asked to complete forms prior to even being told the machine (treatment (s) I was there for were not in service. Manager/Owner not available. Received numerous messages and texts requesting down payment but no one could inform me that machine was down prior to driving almost an hour. Hopefully you make good on your special that had to be rescheduled. Maybe your over head is too much that no one could fix the emerald therapy machine?
***Updated*** Evette did my emerald laser session and I see the difference after just one treatment. I will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to give your place another try. I plan on also making an appointment for a facial. Thank you so much!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I want everyone to know about my experience on October 1, 2024. I arrived early and instead of having me wait, they started my appointment immediately. Yvette was very kind and explain all of the aspects of the Green Light laser treatment. She made sure I understood any possible risks, unrealistic expectations, etc. I am visually impaired, and she also took the time to assist me throughout the office, which made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend visiting this clinic because everyone is kind and thorough.

I have visited Med Aesthetics, LLC for their groundbreaking Emerald Laser--they are one of the only locations in Illinois to have it! The office is by appointment only which is nice because it feels very focused on clients first versus a huge waiting room. They use great protocols with gloves and cleanliness. Everyone is responsive and friendly! I'll be back!
