Lovely setting for a rustic wedding. Beautiful grounds and the house is quite an adventure. The owners were so polite and friendly and were a great help with everything. Lovely place to have a wedding. No cell phone signal, so keep your phones on airplane mode.

Unlike the previous review, our experience with this venue was extremely positive! Not only is this area lush and green, the lodge on the property is rich with history and full of beauty! The grounds are well manicured and the set-up is perfect for a wedding with plenty of space. The lodge the bride and groom get ready in is full of items fit for a museum!

I believe if you treat this space with the respect it deserves you will find the hosts are more than accommodating! I appreciate so much that Paul and Cindy have made this space available and for going above and beyond to make this the most wonderful wedding experience our families could ever have hoped for!

Please be warned. I have recently had the displeasure of being a part of a wedding at this place and it did not go well. The wedding and the grounds were beautiful. The care taker and is “Bouncers” were the worst I have ever encountered. The care taker was one of the rudest and unhelpful people I have ever encountered. We were able to experience him belittling one of the older lady’s that work there till she was almost in tears. This man was rude to the wedding party, guests and children. When the reception was going on there were ladies on the porch pointing at guests and yelling at them. They also blocked the restroom from children and people that were entitled be able to use it. These people made this experience one of the worst I have ever seen and I pity anyone who has to deal with the help at this place. Please know that I could go on for pages about the ill events that happened and be sure you are ready if you chews this venue.

The owners ride there horses on the trails right next to my house and when my kids go out and ask iffy they can pet there horses they ignore them. Not even a nod or no not today. Very unprofessional and rude. It's not just a bad day because it is every time they see them on the horses. I just want to wish them good luck and were praying for them.

Loved it even though I actually didn't go there.but let me tell you I'm there now,even though I'm not there!? See in my mind I'm there fishing, during my wedding, taking time out to cut a Xmas tree, becuz shobert isn't .WAIT what was the question? Cool is the
