I am on trip number 7 of issues with a simple breakfast meal . I always already the same thing over and over . I am still trying to figure out how you mess up a order for bacon egg cheese bagel meal 7 times now.

Several of the screwup was because they kept putting in steak bagels instead of the bacon bagels.

Several were that they didn't put breakfast sauce on the bacon egg cheese bagels. I normally order two at a time

One time they didn't even out bacon on the bacon egg cheese bagel. It was just egg and cheese.

The hash browns are never hot at beat Luke warm. I work at a company near by and everyone at the business knows to not eat at McDonald's
That they can't get a simple order correct. When I start to complain about McDonald's at work they look at me like I am crazy because I keep going back even though as I said we all laught at the craziness that happens at McDonald's.

The new management is not trained to do their job. I use to work at this McDonald's and he is setup to fail . He should be able to do more then he currently does but I don't think they let him.

We locals are waiting for the day this McDonald's is closed down. To be honest we are shocked it is still open.

Drive through was very slow and the food was bad, even by McDonald’s standards. The fries tasted old and my double cheeseburger was saturated in grease and the assembler had managed to get only half of the top bun onto the burger - normally not an issue except that it had obviously been dying under a heat lamp for so long that it had congealed into one big mass.
Can’t wait for Jack’s to open!

My husband went to this location around 8:30-9:00 at night. He ordered a 20 pc nugget, one large fry, and two medium fries. Once he came home we found what looked like beard trimmings on the fries. We packed up the fries and brought them back to this location so we could be refunded. The manager on duty took the fries and barely looked at them, stating that she’s didn’t see any hair. We offered to show her pictures and she declined stating that she didn’t need to see them and gave us the refund for the fries. The disregard that the manager had for this issue was baffling. They are going to end up making someone sick. We will not be returning to this location, I can honestly say that this is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

Young lady gave me the food but there was a tear at the bottom of bag and all my food fell out in my car. I think this poor training or no is advising the workers this is how they keep their job by treating customers fairly.

Want you to take a number and sit it on the table, they are suppose to bring it to the table. But they op to stand a the front counter and scream your number out. This is no the first time this has happened I have seen them do others this way as well, no to speak of the hollering at the employees, no wonder they have a low rating. Totally unprofessional, I won't be going back at the high prices for small portions of product. Not to say I used the kiosk, I guess they would like me to come back in the kitchen and cook it myself also.

Staff very friendly, but cannot follow directions. Soda machine does not work properly, no ice, not busy. Did not have fresh food, did not get my daughter ice cream right probably the worst experience for McDonald's I've ever had. Won't come back to this particular location. When my daughter complained about food being old and wrong.

The customer service we received from the front counter cashier was awesome, he was polite, courteous and very professional 5/5 stars for him. The food on the other hand was the issue I had ordered a 4 for $5 deal ordering the McDouble to have ONLY light mayo and onions on it and it was made with everything then I ordered a triple cheeseburger plain (just meat, bread and cheese) and it came with a ton of grilled onions in between the patties. If I didn't live 15 minutes in the opposite direction I would have taken it back after getting home and discovering it. Not to mention the manager was a little rude to another customer who had brought their order back in from drive-thru due to their patties not being done. She informed him that he would have to wait on his remakes because she was busy. So if it was possible she would have gotten 0/5 stars. This isn't the first time this McDonald's has not cared about the customer nor the quality of the food they pass out.

This McDonald's restaurant can never seem to get an order correct, just received my 2 large fries but both large fry cartons are basically empty, no fries inside the bag either, this has been a constant issue. It's not that hard to ensure that the customers get what they paid for. Seriously, start firing people.
