Let me tell you about Sharon. Not only is she a supremely talented physical therapist but she’s also a very thoughtful, helpful and encouraging person. You will get a one on one session every time, nobody else will be guiding you through your pain mitigation. I had pain all over from being too aggressive at the gym, and a few months later I’m almost pain free. This place is the best, skip all the franchises and go to Maxicare.

Maxicare is a great place !
My Therapist Sharon is simply the best, she has taken care of me for at several months now with multiple issues. She listens to your needs, and helps with your recovery. I would recommend her for all your needs. I can really feel the difference in my body . Sharon really takes her time to help you , constantly pays attention, you will never feel being rushed . Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Sharon really helped me improve my knee and foot condition. She saved my knee from taking cortisone shot and possible surgery. i would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. i have come to know that two of my neighbors also go here for therapy 👍👍 i will not go anywhere else when you know you have something good here. keep up the good work and God Bless.

Maxicare is a wonderful place. We have tried ATI Physical Therapy and don’t like that they essentially have you do the same exercises you do at home there and in a group setting. Sharon does 1-on-1 PT sessions, and she does a variety of exercises to help strengthen your muscle. I fractured my ankle playing pickleball and was scared to start using that ankle after the injury. She really helped build that connection to the muscle again and had me ready to dance for an important event I had very quickly. At this point, Sharon has seen my entire family, and we highly recommend her and this facility. Very clean, very organized, and very personalized. Thank you for your help Maxicare and Sharon!

I saw Sharon for a bulging disc and severe sciatic pain. When I went to Sharon originally, I was unable to drive independently, pick up my son, walk for long periods, sleep was poor, and could not sit for work. She looked at my body as an entire system which I appreciated greatly! She used various treatments that she is extremely knowledgeable on. It’s evident she is keeping up to date on new and old approaches to improve and help patients. I’m happy to report I’m back to being able to do all the tasks listed above with zero pain thanks to Sharon and she provided me a game plan should the pain ever return. I’m so happy I went to her and plan to go to for any of my future PT needs. If you have pain, ailments, concerns, please go to Sharon before resorting to extreme solutions first. She works wonders!

Sharon Araneta is a wonderful trainer. I was still recovering eight months after ACDF surgery when I was given a prescription for physical therapy. Sharon asked questions about my pain and physical ability and designed a program that was perfect for me. Not too difficult and not too easy. She was very reassuring about my ability to get better. After a couple of weeks, I was pain free!!! I am still doing exercises every morning, and I feel great. I would highly recommend Sharon and MaxiCare!!!

Going to the Senior Workshop was the best eye opener on how to take the preventative steps in gaining strength as we age. Working with Sharon has been a great! She explains and demonstrates clearly all the exercises needed to develop strength. Thanks to her knowledge and training I’m now able to move about more easily. I highly recommend to start with the workshop and learn what you can do now! A+++

I was having problems with my shoulder for a few years and thought maybe a chiropractor would help but did absolutely nothing for me. I had a co worker tell me I should see Sharon and that she's the best physical therapist anywhere. I couldn't be happier with my experience and having a very fast turnaround! She was very thorough with her examination and pin pointing exactly what the problem was. She was very informative and told me what I need to be doing and I had my shoulder feel back to normal after only a couple weeks! I also really appreciated how she shows me my results with what I had scored before and after so I know she wasn't just telling me everything looks good but still need improving without giving any specifics like a chiropractor would do just to keep me coming back in. Sharon actually cares for her clients and want them to be better and had told me if I needed to come back in again or to start exercises at home. Sharon is truly the best physical therapist around, thank you so much for helping me get better!
